I went in around 3pm, it was dead, I barely got greeted,poor customer service, I got adobo chicken and it smelled weird, the... salsa bar was empty, my three year old son was at choking risk, found a bone in his burrito,very disappointing to not go toMoe's over a year and to come back to that is very disturbing, hope they get better reviews because that location needsimprovement. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The service here is terrible. I was lied to by an employee there and I do not... appreciate that at all. I placed an order on DoorDash, and I only received one of the items. I called, and asked if I could comeand pick up the missing item and they denied me and told me that they only received 1 item on the order. My receipt on theclosed bag says ?2.? They could not have received only 1 item if my receipt says ?2? and it was printed at Moe?s. I find thisextremely rude that I could not have just driven out there and picked up the other bowl, after the inconvenience I already had.I?m extremely disappointed with this location, and will not be ordering, or going to this location again. Terrible. The food was obviously hours old. We went there Sunday night: chairs were already on tables, the salsa bar was gross... and empty, the chip box was sitting open next to the employee entrance to the kitchen, the beans were nothing butbottom-of-the-barrel juice, the chicken, steak, and pork were all cold and hard. The lettuce was soggy. I?m not a fan ofwriting bad reviews but I think there is a potential health hazard here. I only ate a few bites of my $10 bowl and threw therest out. Sad to see this day. I have been going to Moe's Monday for over 20 years. To start off, food was terrible today. The steak was... burnt to a char and we could not eat either burrito. Restaurant salsa bar was disgusting. Empty used cups of salsa all over theplace. There was no salsa, I had to go ask for salsa. There is never any salsa in the bowls at this location. The final strawis they informed me that there is no more Moe?s Monday Burrito unless you have the app. There was a line behind me and I didnot even bother. I?m disappointed Moe?s and you will be missing out on my business. For the cost and quality of your food I willtake my business to any other burrito chain. Sad to end my business with you Moe?s and this corporate move to gather data isgoing to hurt your business. Ya I could download the app and continue to get the special but I will not based on principal andfeeling cheated. Old Indian woman is HORRIBLE! Zero customer service and acts totally incompetent. Young female employee was completing a party... order with no help. The older woman walks off with a line of customers waiting finally returns and refused to check anyone out.Continuously fixes orders letting everyone wait, the line back up after the young woman repeatedly asked for her help and tocheck people out. No ac so they had the doors open. Flies coming in. Health code violation. Male employee very nasty throughout the entire... process.
