Lately these guts are too busy to run a pizza place properly. A few weeks ago I was told 2-3 hours to get a pizza....a pizza !!!... This isn't a 5 star restaurant. Today I waited 90 minutes. Tell me BEFORE you take my money and I'll go elsewhere !! If you'rethat busy hire more ppl and pay them well so they stay, but don't be really busy and have a skeleton crew and make us wait. They estimated 30 minutes to deliver a pizza and bread sticks. Two hours later it still hadn't arrived. The store remade the... items to send again. Another two hours later a driver finally arrives. He only has the pizza. He agrees there should be breadsticks and says he'll go back to the store and bring them back. He never returns. Unbelievable. Read more
Worst service ever. Be more truthful with customers. I ordered an online order and received a notification saying it was ready.... I waited an additional 10min before going into the store to pick up order. After paying, they continued to look for the orderand then told me ?the order was still in the oven? and will take an extra 5min. Horrible service! I placed my order at 9:19, an order of jalapeno poppers and a large philly cheese steak pizza. At 10:35 I have... still not received it so I called to see if the order was on its way, they said the driver was walking out the door. Thislocation is so close it would be a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. He showed up at 11:00, the poppers were burnt with nosauce(I requested spicy garlic) and the pizza was ice cold, and has almost no meat. I will never EVER patronize this locationEVER again!! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, I would have gone to Domino's and I just placed an orderwith them, this food is inedible. A waste of my time and money with Papa John. Read more
