The cashier got upset because I had a coupon and questionedwhy I didn?t tell him at the microphone. My reply was I?m sorry I didn?t know. The young man proceeded to tell the manager totake him off the window, he took off his headphones and gave me threatening looks. The manager did not manage the employee orthe situation at all. I love Popeyes and this one is the closest to my home. I cannot grasp why they take the order of one car at a time and serve the... order before taking the next order but ALWAYS have a long line, something wrong or something missing. The staff is generallynice, just slow. Read more
I am not sure if they were understaffed or what the problem was, but we went inside instead of driving thru because they weren't... busy inside. My 2 friends and I waited 45 minutes for our order. When we received it, items were missing. 4 other customers whocame in after us were given their food before we were. We waited for so long that we considered just getting a refund but myfriends really wanted chicken. The partial order was cold by the time we received our missing items. The young lady at theregister was moving really slowly and was visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes at me twice. We have been to this Popeye's manytimes and had similar problems. This was by far the worst experience we have had. I am enormously disappointed in this location.I doubt that I or my friends will be giving this location our business going forward. The General Manager took my order and her attitude was so incredibly nasty. She literally talks to you as if she's in a street... brawl. She is unprofessional in every way. With that kind of leadership, that's why the rest of the staff is rude and nasty too.The food basically matches the staffs poor disposition. I didn't even try the chicken because before I did I looked at the beansand rice and the container wasn't even half full, on top of that, I tasted it and the rice wasn't fully cooked not even a littlebit. By far thee slowest fast foodI've ever experienced. Lobby always closed which means drive thru be wrapped on both sides at times. If you getting anythingbesides chicken be prepared to wait 10+ mins or if you get it fast it's guaranteed to be dried out & overcooked.
