I ain?t gonna lie the baristas be trying they hardest, a lot of them be alone in the morning, evening or night and have a lot of... patience to deal with these ungrateful people. Consistently do not have standard items. Only get an extra star because they might be stocked once in a blue moon. This... morning, did not have matcha for the green tea, and the oven was broken and could not heat up egg bites. The worker (yep, thebarista name does not qualify here) did not apologize for the inconvenience. Just had blank untrained customer service look. Need training. I'm done with this location. This location is an ok "fix", but NOT your go-to. Service, often limited stock and lack luster ambience, vibe and personas... "behind the counter" make for a different kind of Starbucks experience - just not the typical one your looking forwardto... ...but a VERY convenient location, IF your already inside the Kroger Market (it is located inside). Not so much if youwanted a "drive thru" window. Read more
The drink was great but the service was very poor. The lady who took the order was on her phone and the counter was dirty. Only... one of us got a drink because of the attitude and lack of cleanliness. Read more
This place never has a consistent closing hours. Today I was told 8pm and just last month I was told 8:30pm. Only says 9:00pm... someone should really update the times. Read more
Not the best Starbucks always out of something, long lines, no one really tries to interact with clientele. My issue is I will... come in stand at the register and wait on them for 3 minutes before they acknowledge that I?m there waiting. Two girls just rudeliterally talking bad about clientele and making fun of her English. Slow staff, long lines, always out of supplies, the teammembers working there are just there for a check. They should close this location.. They always close early they always don?t have some of the products that they sell..
