Used to be one of the busiest locations. Packed for lunch! Now the parking lot stays empty. Used to go to this location n 2-3... times a week. Now I avoid it as much as possible. Lady running the place into the ground. They no longer answer phone callseither, so much for party subs or catering. Serving bread from the day before. Walk in and she is sitting in the dining room onher phone. One day I could actually hear the amount in her bank account as she was on her cell in the dining room. Was that theplan? Drive all the local regular customers away so you could just get a paycheck and not have to do any work? Just play on yourphone all day? If so, the plan worked brilliantly as the parking lot stays empty now morning, day, and night. I don't reallyunderstand how the owner doesn't even care knowing the amount of business they used to have. If you wanted this location closed,just keep doing what you're doing and letting that terrible woman destroy it. I'm guessing the whole Lockheed crew goes to theConcord Rd location now. Shame on this location that apparently never needed locals or regulars. This is another local who won'tbe back. Read more
They are getting pricey, no more $5 footlongs. With coupons it's doable. At normal price I'd rather get a Publix sub. The staff... was super nice and professional and the man was on his A-game. Read more

I went it to subway today and Troy was very pleasant! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure that... everything was made to perfection surpassing my standards! He also had a smile on his face the whole entire time I was there andmade sure that I was extremely happy before I left their restaurant! He needs a raise seriously bc he went ABOVE AND BEYOND TOMAKE SURE MY NEEDY BUTT WAS TAKING CARE OF! I came to this location I walked in and by accident forgot my mask ???? in my car I actually was going back to grab it but this... guy took it so personal that talked to my on a way that I felt assaulted and threatened by the way he ask me to put a mask onwhen even him was not wearing it. So sad that ppl have no idea what the Main reason to wear a mask ! No need to be rude to askppl. Service was good but steak shavings in my steak and cheese sandwich were ice cold even after being toasted... And it somehow... totaled up to be $16 for one sandwich that was cold still and a medium coke which I don't like but it was the only soda that wasworking on the drink machine.... Read more
