I keep trying to give this location a chance, but today was the same story, just a different day. I sat behind one car in the... drive thru and no one took their order, so I was luckily able to backup and drive away. I arrived at 6 p.m and the outside lights were off. It looked as if they were closed. The only reason I knew that they were open... was because I saw a car leaving the drive thru. Once I started to place my order the drink machine wasn't working and there wasno ice. How long is the drink machine going to be down? I went a month prior and had the same issue. I waited a while thinkingit would be fixed, but it wasn't fixed. I had to order one of those frozen drinks because my meal came with a drink, so it waseither that or bottled water. However, the lady tried to charge me extra for the frozen drink. Why do I have to pay extra whenyour machine isn't working? I didn't want it anyway. I asked if I could submit my drink for something of equal value and ofcourse, they said no. I won't be coming back ever. They need to invest in their business. There's no telling what else messed upinside. Also, my food wasn't in a bag. They handed my box out the window and I didn't receive the sauce I asked for. Read more
Food was quick and correct, and they gave a coupon for a free taco since they were out of the Baja Blast that I ordered on the... app. There's a separate line for mobile orders which is cool since I feel like I get to skip the line ???? Nice place. Staff is better now than few months back. But completely screen based ordering. No human to take orders. You can... place order online, in app or go to screen and enter your need on screen (4 stations to order). Pretty easy but somecombinations are hard to order. Sometimes some combination or substitution they could make earlier cannot be done in newcomputerized system. You pickup your order on a shelf near the door. You have to pay for water also now, earlier water wasfree. Dine in is available but only sometimes. They close dine in lobby tables many times due to staff shortage. I have gone afew times to dinein, and had to eat in my car since tables were closed. Dine-in usually seems to take longer than drive thru.And you have to stand and wait while your order is prepared. They do not have sitting area near the order system. Read more
Our first and last time coming to this location. We sat for over 11 minutes at the online order pickup drive thru and was... completely ignored the entire time. Meanwhile the regular order line was a consistent stream of people ordering and leaving. Weended up pulling up to the window after being ignored for so long. The mail in the coffin was after we pulled forward the manbehind us in the same line was immediately tended to. Once we finally got to the window the employee didn?t seem like anythingwas wrong. Thankfully we are forgiving people but it is no longer fast food when you wait 26 minutes to get it. Read more

Check your order before you drive away!!! I ordered a bean burrito and steak quesadilla with extra steak and add onions. The... Quesadilla had all the steak in the center and none in 3 slices at all. This is hands down the best Taco Bell I?ve been to! The food is always accurate, freshly made, and hot. The staff is what sets... this place apart though. Everyone here is so nice! Every time I go through this drive thru the smiles are genuine! It?s notlike Chick Fil A where they give you a fake ?my pleasure,? with a ?customer service voice,? no, this Taco Bell seems to haveauthentically happy employees. Management at this location must be doing something right. All fast food employees deservebetter wages for their hard work, but these folks are over here doing career level work, which I truly hope is recognized.
