We tried the honey mustard wings and they most certainly was not worth the $35.99 plus tax for the three of us to eat. Zaxby's... is so over rated. We had not visited in years because we felt that their prices didn't fit the amount of food you get. At leasta few years ago the food was a lot better. So very disappointed and I don't intend to ever visit one again Ever!!! It seemsalmost all of the fast food restaurants have gone up on their food prices and gone down on the quality. Music so loud they can?t hear to take the order; even after repeating it back to me they got it wrong in the computer and made... it even more wrong. The food was also cold and not fresh. Attitude of the staff was horrible; especially the tall young man inthe white hoodie who acted as if my very presence was an inconvenience. Sunday afternoon experience. The cashier on the receiptwas James H. I encourage management to watch his customer interaction and evaluate whether you really want him handling customerinteraction. This Zaxby's appears to be understaffed. The employees working there are doing their best. The management and owners need to... hire more people to operate the restaurant efficiently. Nobody wants to wait 30 minutes for fast food. I'm not a regular but Iwon't be back to this location. Read more

This review is only about the Manager's behavior. I was in the drive-thru at 2:10pm today (Nov 9). I asked for assistance with... the app bc the sign outside said free Zax snack when you download the app. I had the app for weeks before this so I was askinghow do I get the free Zax snack. The employee was trying his best to help me with the app, but his manager began to get angryand started yelling at the employee for taking longer than 4 mins per car. He was very loud so I'm sure people inside could hearas well. I apologized for the hold up to the drive thru employee, it was not his fault! I felt bad for him because bo employeeshould be yelled at like that when all he was trying to do was help a customer. Treat your coworkers right and with respect.That young man did not deserve that! I'm not saying this bc my daughter works here... but my food is always on point, even if the line is extra long they keep it... moving and the svc is great. I've witnessed cx's pop off at these kids and as a parent it makes me so mad, but they persevereevery time. Read more

They are so slow in the drive thru , everytime I come you sit in line almost 20 mins with the line wrap to the street and they... always have the inside locked . Like what are you guys doing ? Because it can?t be cooking ! Read more

I found this Zaxby's to be very good, shockingly. (Shock due to how truly awful the Ponce & the Memorial stores are and how the... company refuses to supply a method for their customers to give feedback) but we are talking about this South Cobb store and howlast Friday night, July 29th, despite being busy, they were excellent. I ordered at the counter and the gal working was quick,efficient and genuinely personable. The guys in the kitchen were listening to what she needed - you could see it - and wereaccurate. Due to diet restrictions I have to give weird orders and they got everything 100% AND the gal double checked whilebagging it! Whoever heard of double checking these days? Too bad I live on the other side of town. I will only get Zaxby's nowwhen something brings me to Smyrna. And here's applause for the job they do on a busy Friday night! Read more
