Poor Management! Gave me the wrong order. Asian Zing instead of Medium. They lost and just let the Uber driver tell them... whatever. I called the store and they blamed me when at home and nothing to do with it. Would not even refund me. WorstManager I have ever talked. Focus on getting to go orders correct. I ordered 40 wings, 2 regular fries (1 with chili and queso) and fried pickles. Got my... order and 2 flavors of the wings barely had any sauce on them. Then it was missing an order of fries and the other order withchili and queso weren't fries they were potato wedges. I went back in and the hostess took the wedges threw them away and wentand got me the fries. Then proceeded to roll her eyes Then walk away. I was still missing the other fries so I waited for her tocome back. She came back and said to me "Yeah" as if I was bothering her. I said I'm missing my other order of fries. She sighedand said there right there I said no I had 2 orders of fries one regular and on with chili and queso. She ripped off the receiptfrom the bag and rolled her eyes and went to the back and came back with the fries. This time not checking them just left withmy food as I was frustrated. I get home and she had given me another fry with chili and queso. My wife if lactose intolerate soshe couldn't eat them. So they went to waste. So maybe less music and dancing in the kitchen which I could clearly see and hearand more paying attention to getting orders correct. This is the 4th time getting to go orders at this restaurant and it will bemy last time. No more "oh it might be different this time". Read more
Overall good. I've been in many locations around the states despite COVID hitting everyone with a great force, I am glad places... like BWW amount others are still figuring things out. As a customer it is easy to just go somewhere else but as a owner Iunderstand how difficulty it is to maintain any restaurant. Good place, good environment and sure thing we will come back Read more
Oh my god when I say this place is outstanding I mean it. I?ve never reacted to spicy foods and I?ve always preferred spicy... foods and I always get the spiciest options at restaurants and my family in Iraq always took us to restaurants with spicy food.I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and was literally crying of spice. I think most of it was the fumes going up to my nose but I can?ttell you how much I was crying. The waitress came and asked if I was alright and we ended up having a really good laugh withher and over all she was so kind. Food was incredible, fries were amazing, and amazing staff. I?ve been recommending this placeto my friends since the day I went and will definitely go again 10/10 loved it so much. Read more
