Walked in and immediately was greeted with a dirty sock smell. Thinking maybe it was at the door and a mixture of outside but... no. The entire restaurant smelled like that. Waited easily 5 minutes for someone to greet us and even then it seemed a joke tothe host when she walked up. Food was decent as usual BUT the server was fantastic! He was prompt and very friendly. I would give 0 stars but had to throw out 1 star just to leave my review. Horrible, horrible experience. Location closes at... 11pm, my family and I arrived around 9:15pm was advised it would be a 45 min wait and their were several tables available. Iasked to speak to a manager and was told the manager stated he was too busy to come out. What I did notice is we were the onlyfamily at the location that had melanin in our skin. I guess we were not light enough to have a seat at their dinner table. Seephoto of empty tables. We got a very racist vibe from this location. I will not be returning and for all of you racist employeesand managers just know your AFRICAN AMERICAN and CAUCASIAN customers keep you working. Without customers you have no job andwithout your job you have no $$$$, without $$$ life would be challenging. I'd previously given this location a much higher review October 2021, but after my visit on May 22, 2022 a new review is... necessary. We visit this location pretty often on Sunday nights and sit in the bar area. We normally have good food, gooddrinks, and good customer service. We arrived around 8:30pm. The restaurant was fairly empty but we were told 30-45 mins becausethey had "one server". We decided to stay because we prefer the drink menu at Chili's as opposed to the restaurant next door.We easily watched different sized groups be given the same spill about wait times as us. All of them immediately left excludingus. Note: easily watched 25-35 people be turned away. Ultimately we only waited 10-15 minutes before we were seated. The runnerthat brought our food was nice and personable. Our food was fresh and good as usual. Our waitress, also the hostess that wasturning everyone around, who also told us she was training as a bartender (short blonde, short hair) defiantly refused toacknowledge that our drink order was wrong. IT WAS WRONG. We order the same drink every single time. Tito's Punch....the drinkswe were brought were completely pink (Tito's Punch is not pink), and had a strong taste of strawberry lemonade. I immediatelyexpress to the bartender in training that our drinks were wrong. I pointed out 1) the taste. She adamantly told me there was nostrawberry or lemonade in the drink. 2) pointed out that there was zero rum taste and the difference in color. She still didn'ttry to rectify the situation. Bartender in training proceeded to tell me she watched the bartender fix our drinks and knew thatthey were correct. We figured the bartender could have easily made a mistake because she was pretty occupied with a patron atthe bar that spent A LOT of time talking to. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, dust and what looks like mildew and mold the longer I was in there the more my allergies... were affected. I love chili?s food but this is unacceptable if this is what dining room looks like what does the kitchen looklike. Read more

One of if not the slowest Chili's I have been too. Our family lives here in Smyrna so we are use to waiting extra long at this... Chili's. They are always waiting on just one more item that is going to take 5 more minutes. 27 minutes later you will realizeyou are still hungry and that item is taking FOREVER!! The big bacon bbq burger is biggest burger I've ever ordered. It was cooked well done and still super juicy, flavorful and... served hot which is a pleasant surprise. Most of the time dine in burgers are warm if best but this one was hot right off thegrill. My daughters never understood why I love a steaming hot burger till today. They were both changed today. Service was "ok". Wasn't thrilled about having to scan the QR code. When we asked for menus, we were told they can only give us... one menu, which made no sense because they gave us three of the reusable "sample type menus".
