This has become one of the worst if not the worst restaurants experiences ever. I Have eaten at may Chipotles all over the... country but his one right here takes it. They can care less about your money or as customer. I ordered 4 meals including a mealfor my little one and decided to ask the shredded cheese that it was meant for my bowl on the side, to wish the server said shewasn't going to sell it to me because she knew I was going to give it to my little one. Is it really their business what or howI want to eat my food? End of story, she ends up throwing all the meals to the trash instead of serving 1 tiny cup of shreddedcheese to a customer. Read more

Door dash messed up our delivery (it happens) however, this Chipotle does not accept real person phone calls. For REAL?!!! Just... a robot spinning you in circles and telling you to reference your confirmation email. Oh and if you try to put in a new order tobe sly and get a hold of a real person that works there, it?s an automated ordering system as well with the same robot. Even ifyou say ?REPRESENTATIVE? or hit ?0? the robot kindly explains the employees ?may be too busy to answer phones.? Just thoughtyou should know to avoid a headache before attempting a delivery from this location. It?s not even the employees fault I guess,corporate clearly set up the automated rat maze to save money. We were assured a refund- that will be placed back in our accountin 10 days, (eye roll). Pizza it is tonight, thanks for the wasted food now sitting on a counter where no one answers the phone,never again Smyrna Chipotle. Read more

I came in here on Friday (11/11), at approximately 1:15 pm, and the guy with the dreads and the young lady working the cash... register were both very kind to me! I just moved out this way, and was really impressed with the quality of the food and thequality of the service! I will be coming back. Read more

Only giving 2 stars because I am a former general manager of a chipotle in nashville and I love the company. Otherwise would... have been 1 star. My husband and I ordered two burritos, both supposed to be with guac, and received no guac. We paid an extraalmost $10 for guac alone. And since we got delivery, we had no choice but to eat it without. I also got a birthday reward forchips and Queso, and the chips were chewy. They weren?t all the way done. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this is the thirdtime this location has messed up our order and I?m just now saying something because 3/3 orders were incorrect. I am still inthe restaurant industry so I try to have compassion for situations like this. But it?s poor training and poor management thatresults in this type of service. If you guys were out of guac you can contact third party services so they can update theirmenu. I used to do it all the time while working for chipotle. I will still continue to eat at chipotle, but only in person.Delivery services is their biggest opportunity zone. I hope you take this review as constructive criticism and not me being a?Karen.? Ordered with the app, and pulled up to the window, I was ignored by the staff, they looked right at me and didn?t address that I... was there, I waited about 10 mins, before pulling off and parked my car. Went inside to get my order and told the manager myissue, he didn?t seem to care and grabbed my order. Before I left, I checked my order, since this location does a horrible jobof reading instructions. Went back to the counter the manager approaches me again and I let him know the order was incorrect,I?m not sure if he was hungry he was clearly overweight and hangry and starts digging through my bowl and looking as if I wasmaking up the issue, I asked for a refund he tells me no. I left without my food and no refund. He said his name is Jorge whichI?m sure it was a lie, but Jorge if you read this just know McDonald?s is hiring bro, they feed you so won?t be hangry and takeyour issues out on paying customers. ???? We went to Chipotle with a group of 8 on Wed Night around 7. They were not busy in the dining room, as most people inside seemed... to be delivery service drivers. The drive thru did seem pretty constant. The food was fresh and the portions were large. TheVegans in the group had good options. The staff was friendly and the dining area and restrooms were clean. The one downside wasthat it was so very loud, with all hard surfaces and loud music. Unfortunately, we were unable to hear anyone more than someoneacross the table or beside us. So, not a place to go for a hangout with family or friends, but more focused on get them in andmove them out philosophy of business. So, probably a better option for lunch alone, than a group outing. This store is very stingy. We ordered online. The food portion they gave is much smaller than other Chipotle stores.... Additionally, their food is too salty and spicy to eat. It is not edible, and we had to throw away all our food. We will neverever come back! Read more

This location has disappointing me several times. Either the order is wrong, my chips are stale, The wait is terribly long. I... get my food way past the pick up time, or the customer service was horrible. Today when I visited the ladies restroom there wasabsolutely no tissue nor paper towels at my disposal. Also, the toilet was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were completelyfull and the self service area was a mess! They clearly do not care about how this establishment is ran. Read more
