Arrived early for dinner and the place was empty. This was concerning but I was still willing to give it a try. I ordered the... pulled pork, beans and mashed potatoes. Pork had great flavor but was just a little cool, beans and potatoes were fine. Thewaitress checked on me once and was not very talkative. 25 for the meal and 4 for tip= $29, not to bad but a little pricey. Iwould eat there again. Read more
Great place for barbecue and plenty of it. Their cue combos come loaded down with tons of food and it's reasonably priced. I... always get the two meat combo with st. Louis style spare ribs, BBQ beef, sweet corn on the cob, and their AMAZING BBQ bakedbeans(Wilbur beans). The wife loves their Sweetwater catfish fingers. Read more
I ate at the Famous Dave?s in Smyrna, TN at 5 pm, Sept 7rh. The staff were friendly, service was fast and my meal was delicious.... I had the beef brisket meal and it was the best brisket I?ve ever eaten seared on the edges, smoky taste, and tender. I?veeaten brisket at a lot of places and usually I have to spend several minutes cutting out all the fat, but not here. Everything was good and tasted as well as expected, except the peach cobbler which was heavily disappointing & dry. The... cornbread muffin well outshined the peach cobbler. I wish they served collards, but they don't. However, their ribs and sidesare all very tasty. Read more

We?re ordered the All American BBQ feast, it was really good. There were 4 of us, we ate most of the meat and had sides left... over. We all loved it, it was perfect, one loves ribs, another preferred brisket and the other two aren?t particular so it wasperfect for our family. Oh and we exchanged the corn for mashed potatoes. I love famous Dave?s food. I have gone here many many times and the service seems to be struggling. I got the ribs, fries, and... salad. The ribs were tender and great flavor. The fries were well seasoned as well. There are few places that has better ranchdressing. Theirs is always amazing. The side salads used to be a lot better, because they used to have bacon and cheese. Thereason for the 3 stars is one of the ribs that was included in the half rack was the end and no meat. There was not a muffin inthe meal anymore. I put my order in to be ready at 5, and I showed up at 5:20 and still had to wait 10 mins for it to be puttogether. They were nice about it, but expected it to be ready when I arrived. Also I could hear them say the salad was readyeven though nothing else was when I arrived. So I guess my salad was sitting out there for 30 mins. Overall, the food was goodbut they seem to be struggling when it comes to pick up orders. Read more
