Stopped by after my 13 hour night shift to grab my pregnant wife the food she wants and the entire French toast platter was left... from order. I ordered a $7 burger, the meat and buns were cold, and the staff responded and made a new one for us, including the wrapping... paper and the tomato lettuce, all microwaved. This is the first time I know that a $7 burger can do this. Read more
Not sure what is going on with Hardee's but they are going down hill fast, their food is overcooked biscuits so dry they fall to... pieces. Just about done with them this isn't just one store it's all that I have been to. Read more
Absolutely horrible management! I would never in a million years recommend anyone work here. I wouldn't even recommend buying... anything! The GM was basically screaming at theses poor employees about something they couldn't control whilst other customerswere in the store! You should NEVER scream at your employees... take them to the side and have a calm conversation! It was anabsolute disgusting sight to see. Feel so bad for any employee there. Read more
I would leave zero stars if I could. Stopping by on our way back from vacation. Waited forever in the drive up, did not have... our order correct. Unprofessional. First of all, it took almost half an hour to go through the drive thru to get two cinnamon raisin biscuits. I... pulled into a parking space to eat the cinnamon raisin biscuits. They were both hard as a rock and had a funky taste to them.I've eaten cinnamon raisin biscuits many times at other Hardee's locations and they were always soft and tasted great. I don'tknow what they are doing different at this location but it's not working. So I managed to force myself to eat one biscuit andwas going to try to just eat the other one and go on my way. After finishing the first biscuit I had a nasty after taste in mymouth and it was so gross that it made me lose my appetite. I used my plastic spoon like a pick ax to chip away at the biscuitsand managed to eat a couple more bites but it was even worse than the first biscuit if you can believe that. I got out of my carand took the remaining biscuit into the store and showed the manager. I told her the biscuit was hard as a rock and didn't tasteright. She said she couldn't give me a refund because I ate a whole biscuit. I asked her to touch that biscuit and see how hardit is. She didn't touch it but she said that those biscuits were fresh and had just came out of the oven. She called herdistrict manager and supposedly her district manager told her to give me two more cinnamon raisin biscuits as compensation butto not give me a refund. I told her no thanks on giving me two more biscuits because the biscuits she was trying to give me werefrom the same batch and were cooked the same time as the ones that I was complaining about. I asked her if she would just refundme for one biscuit since I only ate one and she still refused. So, I left and called the corporate number. They are sending mecoupons for two free thickburgers in the mail. I told the lady on the phone that I'm afraid to order breakfast at this locationanymore.
