I have been going to the Smyrna Panera for at least 5 years and have only had a problem with one take out order and at that time... I decided not to stress about it and just let it go. A cpl of nights ago I went through the drive thru and when I got home therewas a sandwich missing from my order. I called the restaurant and talked to a Julia. She was very understanding and sweet aboutthe mixup. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation when she did not need to. That was very much appreciated!!! Itotally recommend this Panera!!! Paid 16.99 for my lunch of a grain bowl and a cup of soup. Didn't even get a drink. Looked in the bag after leaving and I had... no baguette and no utensils to eat my lunch. Have called 3 times and it rings and rings with no answer. Will not be back. Read more
9/28/2022 5:45pm.I love Panera so much!!!! and what happened today really topped it off for me. Nothing like humanity at its... finest. I am a permanently injured single mother and my house recently got flooded so my daughter and I have to live in a hotelfor a while. Today I got off work late and left in a hurry to pick up my daughter, until her grandmother called and said thatshe would help ime pick her up so I decided to get dinner. I stopped at the Panera in Smyrna TN. I placed my order and thenapproached the window and suddenly my heart hit the floor and I realized in that moment that I forgot my purse with my creditcards in it! I almost cried because this was that very last thing that was going to be too much, just because of every thingelse that?s going on right now, so the manger said don?t worry about it and was absolutely so very kind of him to let me havethe food to eat for dinner for my daughter! Also girl at the was very sweet and so kind and understanding as well. I truly feelblessed and overwhelmed with joy right now and it?s nice to know that kind people like you work at my frequent visited andfavorite places to eat at that! Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order for delivery through panera. Got confirmation of order and promised delivery time.... Delivery time came and went, no food was delivered. Store could not pick up the phone for me to speak to someone. I called thecustomer service number on my confirmation email and the best they can do is tell me it will take up to 30 days to refund themoney they already charged me for food that was never delivered. They always have really small portions. Every time I order rapid pick up there's something wrong with my order. How did no one... noticed that they put a moldy apple in the bag. I only had 2 items. Gross! This has happened multiple times and I'm thinkingthat they give pick up orders low quality/portion food because they're willing to bet that they won't come back to complain. Mybbq chicken smokehouse sandwich also barely had any barbecue and the chicken tasted chalky. Won't be returning to this location.Brentwood is much better. Read more
I?ve always liked Panera, but recently it wasn?t good. I had the new Mexican Street Corn Chowder. (Which is always good when... served fresh. I?ve always had it repeatedly. Never had any problems until now) Worst Decision Ever. The Blue Corn TortillaStrips were stale. I then proceeded to eat the Mexican Corn Chowder, and now I?m positive I have food poisoning. I?m positive itwasn?t due to anything else because Panera was the last thing I had yesterday evening. I?m now suffering from nausea/headaches , and I?m also back and forth from the bathroom. Currently drinking lots of water and eating chicken noodle soup. Can?t eatanything else in fear of throwing it all back up. Will not be ordering from here again. ???? Thanks Panera. Read more
Popped in here to pick up a snack for some clients in the drive through. Personally I have not been a huge fan of Panera in... general but I myst say that this location and specifically the gentleman that was working the drive through today has convertedme. We?ve ordered from this Panera a few times and most recently there was a sandwich missing from our order. We called the store... and they were willing to remake our sandwich free of charge. When we arrived to the store they were so pleasant and really wentabove and beyond. The customer service at this location is amazing and we will definitely come back here every time! Read more
