Sonic ????corndog???? special was a treat after a fun night out Trick-Or-Treating with the kids. We also ordered Onion Rings... and Chili ????? ???? Dogs. When our bag of food arrived through our window - BAM, the smell reminded me of the state fair. Wedevoured that bag of food like it was a scoobiesnack pack ????????. Very Happy Sonic was open! Never ever get everything you asked for especially sauces most of the people who take your order seem annoyed that they have to... do so I understand everyone's job can be stressful but of customer service is not your game then I'd suggest finding anotherline of work Read more
This sonic is good about 20% of the time. I go there often since it's the most convenient location for me. This evening I went... through the drive through. A gentleman took my order, said he computer was frozen at the moment but to go ahead and pull around.No one comes to the window for about 10 minutes. Then a women comes, I tell her my order again, and she said someone would comeup ring me up soon. I waited another 10 minutes before giving up and going home. This is one of many poor quality visits.Sometimes I completely understand because they are very busy and short staffed, but this evening they were not busy, and I had asimple order that just got overlooked twice. Sonic is always too slow for fast food. I placed an order in the app but it still took 15 minutes to get our food. And then it... wasn't even correct: My BLT had no bacon. It was just tomato and lettuce on toast! :( Read more
This unit located in Almaville was easy to access from I-24 west of the freeway. Ordered the #1 Cheeseburger. I got my order... and it was not what I ordered. No cheese, lettuce, onion, mayo, or just a plain burger. I pulled back into a parking slot andpushed the button. A waitress/carhop came out looked at the order then took the sandwich back and brought me the rightorder. Also the receipt showed I was overcharged. The girl took the ticket into the manager. When she returned she explainedthat the charge on my card would be returned to the card. If not then she took my name saying if the refund had not showed up inmy account within a couple of days to return to the store and they would provide me with another #1 Cheeseburger. This was anexample of retailer doing everything they could to make their customer satisfied. I will return here in the future. Very pleasedwith how I was treated. Read more
We ordered 4 meals, 3 of which had customized condiment choices. They got each of them correct, and the service was fairly... quick. Can't ask for much more than that. Read more
