They locked the doors so we couldn't go inside. They messed up my order. Then they told me to go around front and wait, from the... drive through. It took them 15 mins to make 2 burritos and bring them out to me. And they were letting other customers in thelocked doors. All this during the Christmas parade, so I lost my parking spot up front! Horrible service. Manager literally closed the window in my face and said she couldn?t help me. After being out of several items... and forgetting half my food I had to go back to get what was missing. I got one big cup of cheese for 2 nacho fry boxes and Iexplained that the other person currently has the flu and we couldn?t share the cheese dip. She told me I could pay for morecheese. It?s not my fault you guys are out of everything so no I shouldn?t have to pay more, especially after you forgot half myfood and I had to come back. She said she couldn?t help me and closed the window in my face and I had to sit there til someoneopened the window so I could pay for more cheese. Pay for their faults. Then they really made me sit there and wait for thischeese like it was cooking. I absolutely went off on them as I left. I?m sorry you work at Taco Bell but please don?t take itout on me. Walked in to place a to-go order. Finally had a guy to come to the register and to took my order. I ordered two steak crunch... wraps. Took almost an half an hour. Evidently, the manager went and sit in the office. Came up front and handed me a bag withone steak crunch wrap. I told her I had two. When I got home, there was one steak crunch wrap and one beef crunch wrap. Wentback and the doors were locked. I went around in drive thru. I was very nice. They were short of help, had the police there fourtimes and told her an extra crunch wrap would be nice for my troubles. I used to be a manager and I would have at least offeredsomething extra. Nope, did not happen. Victoria looked like her nerves were worn thin and was ready to have a nervousbreakdown. It is all over now. I will never go here again. This is the oldest Taco Bell around and at this point should beclosed down. I hope that whoever owns this Taco Bell, however, I hope that someone reaches out to me. Read more
I don't typically have too much issue with this location, but today the drive thru attendant was very short and sounded annoyed... and was generally unpleasant to order with. Upon receiving our food we did not get the mild sauces we asked for and the Chipotleranch grilled chicken burritos we ordered did not have any sauce inside of them, leaving them quite dry and unenjoyable. While the food was the normal wonderful taco bell quality, the staff was particularly sub par at this location. Normally i give... fast food workers the benefit of the doubt and try my best to give them grace but the boy who took our order had to have usrepeat it two or three times and when we pulled up to the window literally communicated with us by grunts. id be moreunderstanding given the fact that they are short staffed and he must be tired if he had at least spoken to us at the window.... The service is slow and they have been locking the dining room doors so people can?t go in to use the kiosk. I love using the... kiosk to customize my orders and don?t want to yell into a box telling them no meat on this or extra beans on this while holdingup the drive through line Read more

There is always someone sweeping at 8 am, along with other vehicles in parking lot, but they are NEVER open on time. I... understand that finding people to work is tough, so perhaps you should have someone who can run the register come in at 8instead of a sweeper, and/or change the hours online and on your signs.
