I am so very frustrated and irritated with this location, the corporate office and the supposed management team. I have gotten... no where with phone calls or voice mail messages so maybe this will get some results. Back in August, my son was taking hislunch break at this location. He was sitting in his car eating said lunch when all of a sudden one half of the Taco Bell signcame down on his car! It is ridiculous that I can't get ANYONE to do anything to address this issue! This location is continuously out of most of the items on their menu and never provide any indication of that on their menu.... Also, the employees are always rude and could not care less about the customer. Never provide a welcome, thank you, or anything,while actively avoiding ever smiling at the customer. Tonight, after telling me they were out of several different things thatI tried to order, I stated that I would try just going somewhere else. At that time, the girl in taking the order said, "ok,well bye then" in a very rude and condescending tone. Which was then followed buy an eye roll and snarky hand wave as I passedby the window. I wish I could give this location 0 stars! This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. They never have anything, the... drive through is always closed, they close the store extra early. The service is horrible. Just a bunch of kids playing andbeing lazy. When they had the fries they would tell costumers they didn?t have any. How do I know? Because I asked a worker andhe admitted it, stating they take too long to cook so we just say we are out of them. Was happy when if first opened because itwas so close to my house but from day one it has been a horrible restaurant. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for my order in the drive through. Gave us stale cinnamon twists as an apology. Steak didn't look cooked all... the way through. Would not recommend. Read more
I have went here through the drive thru 3 times in the last 2 days and I was told I will have to wait 20 minutes before I can... give my order and then when I came back hours later I was told that they only are taking cash and had to sit in the drive thrustuck while other people were getting their orders since I didn't have cash. Then I went at lunch time today and got stuck inthe drive thru because they told me at the speaker they were only taking cash again. This is a continual situation at thislocation, I can't count how many times in the past 6 months this has happened to me. This location is horrible. This location always has the door locked, but no sign specifying drive-thru only.. Employees park in the handicap parking... spaces. The location is often closed well before the posted closing time. Food quality and customer service are bothsub-par. No member of management appears willing to respond to customer concerns, either online or via phone call. Taco BellCorporate should seriously do a surprise visit to this location. Read more
I think we can all agree this is the worst place to eat in middle Tennessee. ALWAYS closed inside, online only often, always 1/2... people working, orders messed up, rude interactions. We ordered here in the early morning to get breakfast though the drive thru. The person at the window gave extreme attitude and... called me "honey" with a tone. The instructed us to pull around to the side of the building with the entrance which no Taco Bellhas ever done. There were also no trash barrels outside for trash. Did not live mas 0/5. Read more
