Service was quick and friendly. I like that they have fried chicken, my local Hardee's (richlands) does not.
This is a really good Hardee?s that I go to all the time especially for there breakfast biscuits which I think are the best out... of all the fast food places! This restaurant in particular is very clean and always keeps the lines down so there is usuallyhardly any wait time at all and the foods always fresh and not just simply reheated in a microwave! Went through the drive through. Fries were cold. When I got home and pulled out my swiss mushroom burger it turned iut to be... lettuce and tomato wrapped in paper. I tookit back to the store. They gave me a burger that was setting in the warmer when Iwalked in (probably the one made for my order). They assured me it was gresh and hot. It wasn't. Update: 6-08-22- Hate this but...... We were pulled forward, like usual to wait for our order... 35 minutes later, we decided to... pull back around into the drive through,(which took another 5-10 minutes) because we were forgotten about... No apologies, justgiven our food like nothing happened...husband inquired if the chicken was still considered fresh since it took about 45 minutesfor them to remember us...Dude snapped back, "it's fresh!".... Forgot our biscuit with our chicken order... Y'all can keep thatbiscuit and we'll keep our money for a while... Disappointed..... The fried chicken is the best!! They will fry it up fresh foryou if you ask! No one wants super hard chicken that's been chilling under a heat lamp a while and they don't blame you! So ifyou got 10-15 minutes, they will have it got, fresh and ready for ya! Read more
Fast and friendly service. Food was good and made how I wanted them to make it. But they need to keep the lobby and tables clean... after each person leaves their table instead of running their mouths behind the counter doing nothing. Read more
We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches (new ones) and a few orders of fries. Absolutely disgusting and I worked fast food/food service... for 10 years. I don't usually complain, but Hardee's is usually pretty good, especially the hand-breaded chicken tenders. Butthese sandwiches were not fully cooked, the fries were soggy and half cooked, the chicken patty was swallowed in size by thebun, and we had to wait an extra 10 mins for a piece of our order. I just want my money back; I understand they were understaffed as hell, but we only had one person behind us and it was an employee. Bad service, that's all I can say. $18 for halfcooked food; my wife could only eat half because she was starving and I threw mine away. Read more
Wonderful hard working people there. Fast with there food and accurate. Would recommend it to anyone.
