For one we waited literally 45 mins for our breakfast. Which included 2 pancakes, 2 sausage burritos,4 bacon egg and chz... McMuffin 4 danishes and an iced coffee. We didn't even get half of what we ordered. And what we did get was absolutely awful.The pancakes were hard all around the edges, my coffee was completely watered down...etc....every time I go there (I live inthis town and there aren't many food places...so I have no choice but to go often) we always have some sort of issue.... Been to Sneads Ferry McDonald five times or more and every time i went..it was a longgg wait. Sandwhiche were throwed together... as if in a mad rush. I understand its hard to get good reliable help..but sitting at the ordering screen for fifteen minutes isrediculous. If youre short staffed at least talk to me and tell me something instead of making customers sit there without anykind of response. One guy stood inside waiting on a egg mcmuffin he returned that was black burnt for fifteen mintes. Managerappologized but should have offered the customer an apple pie or the inconvenience. Who even works there? I really just don?t understand how it?s so hard to mess up some of these orders, but not even ATTEMPTING... to put all the fries into a large container is impressive. I get it, it gets busy and maybe some little things happen here orthere. The problem is that every time I go there, there?s a minimum of one problem. I don?t leave a lot of reviews, but how canyou come between a man and his large fries? You?ve gone too far this time. I?ll accept the soda that they didn?t want to fill tothe top, the 9 nuggets they gave me instead of the 10, but my fries... my poor, already cold, unsalted, soggy, half filled largefries deserve better. I Uber Eated a Big Mac meal and a 40 piece nugget today and when I received the food and set it down on the counter, I noticed... it was leaking everywhere, opened the bag and on top was the food and on bottom, laying on its SIDE was my large coke. Which ofcspilled everywhere, causing all of my food to be soggy with coke and my counters were covered. And once I went through the foodI had ordered a LARGE Big Mac meal and received a medium frie. Ordered food inside. When the cashier started to pack my order, she was verbally assaulted by a woman in a blu shirt. I... identified her as a manager. She had an accent. But she told the cashier to ?go away we have to fill the drive through ordersfirst!? By doing that I was forced to wait on my families food for over 20 mins while watching car after car get their food!!This is backwards customer service.
