This Pizza Hut is the best when it comes to the manager who runs it. If your a local you should stop in and see how short... staffed they are and it would alter your view on why wait time's are so backed up. The Franchise owner is the problem not thebuissness which staffs locals. When it comes to the food I have only had one issue but it was immediately resolved withouthesitation. Read more

We waited for over four hours for our pizza and some sides. We were initially told (after waiting for 2 hours) that it would be... delivered in 30 minutes. We called back over an hour later and were told it was delivered at the wrong address about thirtyminutes prior. This is the first time this has ever happened at this store and I am deeply disappointed. Read more
2 1/2 hours for chicken wings and pasta? by the time it got here it was all extremely cold and the chicken is stale. Their new... great ?pasta? was such a rip off. Every time I?ve order their pasta the portion is fair. This time it was literally covered thebottom of the pan. Not the first time this location has been this bad. Just order dominos so you can get your food ASAP, andmuch better quality of food. Manager get your workers in check please, or hire more staff. This whole experience was ridiculous. Read more

Please consider starting delivery to the Summerhouse development on Holly Ridge Road (7.2 miles from store). Called your store... earlier today and was told that the Sneads Ferry store does deliver to Summerhouse. I attempted to place an order this eveningfor delivery and was told the Sneads Ferry store does not deliver to Summerhouse. There are 100 houses in this gated community. Papa John?s delivers here.
