Absolutely ridiculous! Waited 25 minutes on our food. Ordered steawberry milkshake. Never tokd they were out if strawberry until... i went to see why we disnt get our milkshake with our drinks. One guy in front of us was so tired of waiting he asked for arefund. 30 minutes after he left, they brought out his order and called his number? Our Order was not complete. Waited another20 minutes on our onion rings. Everyone finished eating, went to check on onion rings...cashier had left our receipt taped tofront counter. Never told the kitchen to re-fire the onion rings. Waited 10 more minutes, got 3 burnt onion rings. Most horribleexperience ever. Never will return. No manager seen anywhere trying to help rectify the situation. Every order brought out waswrong. Read more
This place is an institution. My family loves this place as fast food goes and this visit was no different. The food was good... and the service very typically indifferent and mediocre but who cares as long as they get our order right. Right? Read more
Wowzers! Wait was 20 min+ for the drive through. Which normally is fine because the food is fresh & hot. This time fries & okra... soggy. Hot dogs were burned & crispy chicken wrap was burned also. We trashed the entire order. Took one photo in the car beforedumping the entire order. Read more
Not sure you could get any closer to Heaven than Cookout in ole Snellville, Ga. The staff are always so so kind and funny,... especially at 2am when most are cranky and ready to go home. They handle the mad rushes with ease and professionalism and thewait isn?t ever horribly long. It always moves fast. Clean facility in general. Definitely my first go to burger and shake spot,no matter where I?m at. Read more
Husbands double burger was about the size of his palm..both patties. Ordered fries and cheese bites, only had 4- 5 cheese bites... total. Sons corn dogs were decent. Not place to come for the price. Asked for salt, given one sogy salt packet. Ketchup was 3packets for 3 orders of fries and corn dogs. Definitely not worth the wait or price. Read more
Didn't eat anything but what caught my eye on their marquis sign was they serve Blueberry milkshakes. Ordered one & was... impressed with it. The flavor was great. The shake has real blueberries &; what I believe is blueberry flavoring. I will visitCook Out again. They serve hot dogs, hamburgers, & ;I believe,also chicken & seafood. To get more familiar with what they serveyou will need to visit their website because they don't have any pamphlet or menus to go. Read more
Im only giving 3 cause the food fresh but j had 2 orders.. ordered a 1/4 burger and Cajun fries..the burger patty wasn't even a... full patty..thanks for that..and the amount of cajun seasoning that's on out my fries is crazy Read more
Drive thru seemed kind of slow. Didn't look like I got a double order of the cheese bites, but at least it was hot. And the... shake was thick and tasty. Read more
