The food is exactly what you would expect from any domino's. That is why I gave it any stars at all. The customer service on the... other hand is some of the worst around, from both the storr and head office. We recently had a delivery order that took 2 hoursto arrive. The food was cold, prepared wrong and extremely late. When I called to talk to a manager I was put on hold for over40 minutes and then disconnected. Attempted to call back and was told a manager was unavailable. Went online to file a complaintand never heard back. Tried to call head office and could not get a live person at all and messages again ignored. Sodisappointed. I didn't expect them to move mountains for me but I wanted to be heard and possibly have the food replaced. Read more
This is what my Italian sausage and beef pasta with marinara sauce looked like once I opened it up. It was horribly... prepared. They literally put noodles in a pan and put some sauce on top with some sprinkled meat. I saw an employee go to thewindow handle money, the register, and scratch his head with no gloves. Honest review- employees are great, manager is great. Delivery is NOT GREAT. Y'all, you couldn't pay me enough to deliver... pizzas. I am not walking up to some potentially unhinged persons door with an hour long pizza. They're hungry and people arejust unstable. And apparently lots of people feel the same bc domino's really needs to hire drivers... Do yourself a favor-pick it up. The pizza is banging. The people are nice. Just order it for pick up and don't grumble about it. Spare yourselfoff the delivery angst, and if you're able, pick up that deliciousness. Read more
I've been there several times and it's extremely over priced, but this time WAS ridiculous. I ordered two small pizzas and one... was a specialty pizza so ok I'll deal with the 26$ and some change I was charged... except several slices were nothing butbread.. Literally their small is little bit bigger than a personal pizza. I feel very ripped off. Read more
This place is horrible! They never deliver and when they do it takes 3 hours or longer. They burnt my pizza and delivered it... that way expecting it to be ok. When calling the guy lies says he?s the manager and his name is George. Tried to get smart withme over their own screw up! Do not order from this place it will be a waste of money. This store is a bit annoying. I won't be ordering from Dominos anymore. I am charged for extra sauce but got a dry pizza...smh.... This is the second time my order has been incorrect and I have been sent a box of grease. Literally. I'm filing a formalcomplaint. Especially since the young urban lady answered the phone and when I explained the issue - she sets the phone down andleaves me on hold for more than 8 minutes. When I called back the phone is picked up with no hello just more silence - over fiveminutes. Idk what the manager HALEY is doing but maybe she should get more training so she can run the store a bit better. Read more
I usually love this dominoes location but I am not sure what was going on tonight either the pizza was over done all together or... it was premade and then they reheated it up the wings were also soggy . I hope you guys do better even for your late nightcustomers . Read more
