This place is so nice to visit! Love the atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming. The employees are so kind and helpful whenever... you had a question or something. The frozen yogurt is delish, a lot of variety of flavors and toppings. Boba tea was so good! Somuch diverse flavors and toppings you were able to chose from. The entire store is so vibrant and such a nice place to visitwith family and kids. I will 100% be coming again. Read more
Came to get frozen yogurt here? I was never greeted and was like okay, I ended up getting a medium cup of frozen yogurt, and... waited several minutes for the employee in the lobby area to serve the toppings onto my frozen yogurt. I nicely greeted theemployee, and asked for my toppings but the employee never greeted me back & just served my toppings. The employee seemed madand annoyed to be working there. I will simply not be returning here, this was the worst customer service ever. Read more
I'm giving 3 stars to the nice young lady who made the drinks. It took over 30 minutes for 1 milk tea. The owner was there, she... was nice and spoke however, I watched her hire a young lady on the spot, put her w the only person making drinks to train anddidn't bother helping her get caught up w making the customers drinks. There were at least 6 people waiting before I got mydrink. It was not worth the wait. Read more
New owner. Amazing customer service but our drinks barely had ice on this hot ???? day. Tip: When serving samples use tongs... instead of your hands with gloves. Makes customers more likely to try them & more sanitary using gloves. Also, maybe don't breakthe samples into crumbs. Read more

CUTE! The frozen yogurt was yummy and they had tons of toppings. They also have bubble tea and some pastries. Definitely worth... stopping by if you are in the area. I will definitely return abs get bubble tea. It?s right next to Bath & Body Works and easyto miss. Read more
Super good experience. The owner was super nice and explained everything in detail. He also gave nice recommendations that... turned out to be so delicious. We ordered the chocolate croissant and apple fritter and he advised up to warm it up to enjoy itand it was soo good. The boba was also fantastic. The Thai tea was the perfect sweetness and the mango tea tasted amazing. Woulddefinitely be visiting again. Read more
