Cheese pizza. Poorly made. 10% sauce. Flat crisp bread/dough. Go to the grocery store, dollar store, gas station and get you a... better pizza there than here. Read more

This used to be an alright place but both the service and food hasn't just gone down its plummeted to the ground. It's so bad it... might actually be a health and safety concern. The staff wears no hair nets, or gloves. They don't wash their hands betweentouching the register and the food. They act very disrespectfully even asking people "what you want" and "what you waiting for".A few weeks ago there was a problem where all orders were taking 1-2 hours each. Instead of telling people what was happeningthey just kept taking orders and got upset at the customers even though they were waiting for hours. Instead of acting like amanager and rectifying the situation, the manager actually swore at customers and acted like this was a problem for him and notthe people that were waiting an unexpected and unacceptable amount of time. What's worse is that what ever was going on wasclearly something they had the ability to rectify because after he noticed me there waiting for 30 minutes he claimed that hecould do my pizza right then because I was always patient. After that mine was finished in a couple minutes. There was a wholecrowd of people there before me. There's no reason mine should have been expedited with all those people there. Now it seemslike most if not all of the staff has been replaced. They have the same issue with hair nets, washing their hands, and rudenessbut far worse. Now you could be ignored for 30 minutes, have people that are behind you called to the desk to check out beforeyou, and then be ignored again. The pizza is a SERIOUS concern. Now the pizza you get is constantly half cooked and the toppingsare clearly just dropped on instead of spread out. This is going to get people sick or kill someone. The food is literally halfraw. You'd laugh if you weren't angry. What can be said about a pizza place that can't even properly cut their pizza??? I mean,... seriously, twice I bought take-out from this place and both times the pies were not cut AT ALL. The management is nowhere to befound and the place is populated with moody teenagers. If you're looking for some audible eye-rolls, long unnecessary waittimes, and customer service that doesn't even seem like service... this place is for you! 5 stars for customer abuse! Ridiculous!! You will get it hot, BUT it will not be READY as the logo guaranteed. The wait is 45 minutes to 1 hour!!! ONLY 2... people working at all times; NO way! It is impossible for 2 people to prepare online orders and in store orders in a timelymanner, especially on the weekends. The manager, Jade needs to get these employees more help; I can bet they are not makingenough per hour to work in the hot oven like slaves, I am sure they will not get a schedule break as required by Labor Laws butthere was ONLY one person covering the register and the kitchen; She was going back and forth from the kitchen to the registeras she communicated with the other person in the back. I felt sympathy for her, she politely apologized to everyone thewait. There was so many people coming in and out of the store after waiting for a while some left to do online orders ordeclined to have pizza today. This is no way to treat customers or employees. Little Caesars need to do better than this. Iwant to give the employees 5 stars but what good it will do them if Corporate and Management don?t get them help and we thecustomers are dissatisfied with the wait. Read more

Very bad costumer service. The wait for a hot and ready is extremely long. I have been waiting for over an hour and I had... already ordered ahead. Other customers are getting mad at the rude employees. Seems like it?s just silly kids that don?t taketheir job seriously working here. They are just playing in the back . I just ordered some pizza & cheese bread from them & i get my food back and checked my food but i wouldn?t think to check my... sauce . I get home & open my sauce getting ready to eat my cheese bread & there was mold in it . Half of the sauce has mold init . I tried to call back up there about 20 times & nobody is answering the phone . This is trifling & i will be contactingcorporate. Read more

Extremely rude. Girl with black hair slammed my pizzas on the table for no reason whatsoever, and then when I went to look at... the pizza that I ordered, she was all like, "Uh no sweety, you can't do that." I'm a 30 year old man. Not a boy. Please berespectful. Also, I wanna state that I know we have a pandemic thing going on, however if the pizza doesn't look quite right,regardless of the seal over my pizzas, I will likely be requesting a refund.
