First time ordering from them in over a year. Ordered a pizza, cheese bread, and half a gallon of sweet tea. Didn?t even receive... my drink. Called and hoped they?d deliver the drink I ordered but they decided that it was too much and they refunded me for adrink they were too lazy to include in my order. Last time I ordered they charged me at least $15-$20 to deliver a 6 inch subthat had old meat on it. They need to hire new people that know how to make sure an order is complete before delivering. I've never ordered pizza from here but was going to give it a try. I placed an online order before the cut off time. 15 minutes... later I received a call from the store saying that their delivery driver clocked out early, so they would be refunding my money.Huh!?!? No apologies, no explanation as to why he clocked out - just a ridiculous excuse for me to not get my food. I will neverorder from this place again. Back to Domino's for me! Read more
Very disappointed on how my pizza looks. Marco?s is my go to pizza spot and I always tip because I know they have quality pizza... but the pizza I received had maybe 4 pepperonis, filled with sauce and hardly any cheese. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Iwill definitely it be returning to this location they lack consistency in the Marco?s brand. Read more

I ordered a cheese pie and pizza bowl this evening from my local Marcos. I must say, they never have failed me. Today, Javie... called and said I?d have to come in to pick up my food instead of having it delivered because they were short a driver.Reluctant and frustrated I picked up my food. I was met by the manager, Waqas, who was very apologetic and courteous. Heoffered a beverage for my trouble, and continued to apologize. I only gave 2 stars because the food has been good and hot, otherwise this location is a thumbs down. My last 2 experiences have... been bad. Last time I ordered 8-10 pizzas ahead of time with a certain pick up time. I arrived, then they started making thepizzas!!! People had left soccer by the time I arrived with the pizzas! Then tonight my salad wasn?t delivered. Ok so we call,we?re told it would be here 15-20 minutes max. Mind you we only live 5-10 minutes away. It has now been 3 hours.
