For someone who?s lived with this McD?s for 10+ years, it?s not perfect. And even though I?d rather drive to another one for... better hotter/quality Mickey D?s they?re doing their damn best to provide people so I give them an A. Pro tip, don?t go atnight or you?ll be there hungry in a big car line for 30+ minutes in park with your foot in the brake pedal and another 30+ inthe window because someone messed up an order. Seeing the line when I craved it made me think ?DAMN, I think there?s food athome after all? never again. Would I go here again? Of course! It?s not bad, and know that I?ve never gotten a wrong order fromthem EVER. So make sure you speak up and confirm that your order is right, and the McDonald?s app has some good deals andfreebies so make sure to tell them the drive-they code before you order. Read more
It was nice working here cause I lived nearby and was able to serve customers and such... but one thing that I have a problem... with is when I left for college, and saw how much I was paid, it was not what I expected. I worked 4 days before I left and I'ma little disappointed to see what it is: $37.94. Not trying to start anything, I know they're just doing the job but I need tomoney to put myself through college and to buy books. Read more
Me and my son went to this location to get cold brew coffees. Both times, we placed our order at the kiosk. After paying for the... order, and waiting for at least 5 minutes, we were the "machine" is broken. Both times! I'm thinking, the employees just didn'twant to be bothered with making them. So, then it's a big confusion to get a refund. The first time, we were actually told, wecould get regular coffees instead, with no mention of a refund. When I asked for a refund, I was made to feel it was aninconvenience. Either take them off the menu, or train your employees properly. Read more
I mean it's McDonald's. What do you expect? The food's not the best of the world but not the worst either. It's really hard to... give a fast food chain out here compliments because to be completely honest with you the customer service out here sucks acrossthe board. They gave me regular coffee and add some ice and still hot. And my two frappes was charged and they told me the machine is broke... and very bad attitude and customers service they owned me 2 large ice coffee and 2 frappes. There was spilled on the floor Iasked to clean I was almost slipped and my kids as well I asked them to clean they just told me have a good day I asked forsupervisor her name she kicked me out and said bye. Usually I would grin and bare. At this point, you cannot expect any good expectations from McDonald's, but I figure, I spent... enough time trying to explain my order, I can take a few more minutes with this useless review. I ordered two quarter pounder with cheese meals. And both burgers came really raw I always check my burgers. But this time was... unacceptable. It?s crazy I ordered on DoorDash at 9:50 and @10:02 my food was already given to me. The burger boxes were hot.Which made no sense to me why they just didn?t cook it completely. The food got my kids sick they been throwing up all night and they give us the orden incomplete too I told Uber eats and at... night I have my kids, 8,13 and 18 throwing up, I was going to eat too but the food was incomplete so I gave it all to my kidsand the tea came with a gross stuff inside so we put it on the trash, I send a pic to Uber Eats and the told me to call thestore too but when I did they put me on hold for almost 30 min and they hang out after that! I call the nurse and she told methat was food poisoning, i Google them and they have really bad reviews too! I cant believe this is happening and they dontcare!
