The service was good and fast but this location is understaffed. The salsa bar was sloppy and nearly empty. The chicken that I... ordered was so salty that it was actually inedible. The line was missing many items that were not getting cooked since they weregetting close to leaving. I placed an order online for delivery on Friday 11/4. It was beef nachos and an order of chips with a bowl of queso. When my... order was delivered, the chips and queso were missing. I have reached out in 3 different ways to resolve this issue with noresponse. I'm very disappointed. I have given them plenty of time to review my complaints. No one has reached out to me. All Iwant is a refund (I would have even accepted a credit) for my missing item. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. You've losta customer. Read more
