Terrible customer service. Called to place an order over the phone on different occasions and was left on hold for a very long... time. Then was hung up on. Call again the next day and was left on hold again. Once I heard somebody pick back up the phone Iheard people on the background talking about Jamaican food and was unsure if I called the correct restaurant. However, theynever came back to the phone. I hung up and called back to finally place my order. They then told me I can?t place and orderover the phone with out pay upfront although I was able to two days ago when I called and was left on hold for too long. Read more

This Panera did not have its hours posted on the door. They only had a special holiday hours sign. I walked into the restaurant... and started my order on a tablet. I was only getting my free sip club coffee. A team member then tells me they are not open. Itold her I just needed my free coffee. She did not apologize. It was 610am they open at 630am. I told her I would wait then. Shetold me I could not wait, I had to leave. I walked outside the door and waited. Five minutes later she came over and locked thedoor in my face. Again I have to state NO APOLOGY. I give money every month through the sip club and visit Panera 4 to 5 times aweek around all Atlanta. AVOID THIS LOCATION. They clearly do not care since it was their mistake for leaving the door open andhaving no regular operating hours on their door. Read more

Absolutely terrible service. About 2 months ago, I made an online order and received an email stating it was ready. I showed up... and the employee stated my order wasn?t quite ready. I was understanding that maybe they were busy and couldn?t get to it quick.I didn?t leave bothered, I left content with my order. I went in today and placed an order on the counter. I was reallyuncomfortable and annoyed with this Panera bread. I waited patiently for my order. & I was wondering why it was taking so long.There were 2 employees at the counter and I saw one of them pretty much leave the other one drowning with about 4-5 customerswaiting to place orders. The other employee went to sit down to eat breakfast. After waiting and waiting I noticed that theemployee that was by herself was the one that prepared my bagels (sliced and packed). I understand that you have breaks but youdon?t just leave a coworker drowning with orders and eat breakfast. Management needs to step up in situations like this. Superunfair to your employees and customers. I go to the other counter to pick up my oatmeal and I see your employees behind thecounter speaking terribly to other customers. I had to ask for my oatmeal because it was never placed in the ready area. This isjust not a good representation of Panera. Please contact me regarding this matter. Read more

Worst experience ever . Staff standing behind the register having a discussion, the girl look at me right in my eyes and keep... talking.Then come to me 2 minutes later. They don?t respect your time at all.Then when they finished preparing my food thescreen didn?t show nothing. They don?t even deserve one star Read more

New to the area and first time visit here for dining in. My pizza tasted good and decided to try one of the new caffeinated... lemonades. I?ll definitely stick to my refreshers. All 3 flavors tasted poorly and not worth the price. Obviously tooconcentrated and too much sugar. I?m used to Panera dining area being a lot cleaner . It took me a while to find a clean tableand area and that was next to the trash bins. That made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I thought maybe theywere short staff but that wasn?t the issue. Maybe just poor training. During my my 30 minutes there I saw them collect thedishes once but never wiped a table, straighten chairs or attempt to clean the floor. While the food was tasty I won?t be diningin here again and will look at other locations to order from. Read more

Amazing food, Amazing customer service. There is a lot of new people but you also gotta think about it this way. All these... Karen?s writing about how customer service is bad because the are taking their time, is wrong! They are new! They are training.Let them take their time. Would you like to be rushed? Didn?t think so. The food and drinks i ordered were delicious as always. My only issue today was that I waited almost half an hour in the... curbside pickup parking spot and nobody ever came out. I don?t know if they were really busy or understaffed or what but I hitthe I?m here button and flashed my lights. I ordered from home before I headed there cause I thought it?d be faster than drivethru. I learned my lesson just to go on drive thru next time. After waiting for so long, I decided might as well just go insideto grab my order. I should have just went in after ten minutes. When I got inside, I was not surprised to see my order wasready. My bag and drinks were just laying there on the counter but absolutely nobody was available to bring them outside to mycar. What is the purpose of curbside pickup? Today?s experience was basically similar to a rapid pickup order. Food and drinkswere good but I was disappointed in the service today. The lady next to me also had to walk in to grab her food. Overall, not my favorite Panera, but food is consistent and everything came out the same way every time. The layout is renovated... and clean as far as I?m aware. I had a hard time checking out and I didn?t know if it was because I wore a mask and the cashiercouldn?t hear me or she was too busy to finish checking me out because I asked my order to be repeated a few times and she justdidn?t understand me. All in all, I wouldn?t not come here, but I would only do if it I was in the area. In other words, I wouldnot drive all the way out here for this experience. Read more
