Don't know what happen, but the teast has fallen off. Plus they're making, or using some generic sauces that don't compliment... the food. Not sure if it's just this particular location or what but WNB Factory was way better before. Read more

The staff were friendly and gave our food fast I would've given out 5 stars but the rice isn't exactly the reason why I would go... back. Kind of bland. The burgers were kinda good but i think it can be improved if that's the name of the restaurant. I willadmit the fries, wings and chicken tenders were good though. It has potential to do better if the people making the food step uptheir game. I would love to come back when they get better at making the things i mentioned. Read more

Loved it haven't been to this location and over a year. And the lady that was there was wonderful and very helpful even when I... forgot my food and stood outside and spoke to someone for an additional 15 minutes. The overall attitude and customer service aswell as the price is unparalleled to the touchdown wings down the street and the wing and burger factory in snellville. If Ihave to drive extra to get what I want and at a decent price I guess that's what I'll have to do. Read more

Oh man. That?s the worst WnB I?ve ever been to. Food is not the same as all he other branches. Fries are cold generic crinkle... fries from the freezer isle. Philly cheesesteak was poor. They don?t mix the cheese with the meat like all other locations. Andwas super dry. They just throw cheese slices unmelted on top of the sub. And the yum yum sauce was 80% water. Our Favorite Local Spot . We go every other weekend for couple years now. Great Customer service and Food is delicious.

We?re from out of town and stopped here because it was convenient. My son got a burger and I got their wings with their hottest... sauce. I have to say their wing sauce might be the best I?ve ever had. It was hot, but full of flavor that so many other songsauces miss. Definitely give their hot wings a try, I can?t say enough good things about them. We?ll be back if we?re in town! Read more
