It is most inconvenient when you feel confident about venturing out... to a place after first investigating to gain the best knowledge prior to, but when updating this website is overlooked then onecould ask what else is overlooked.... I have really enjoyed shopping at 7-11 since they have the new owners. The owners and there employees are all so welcoming,... friendly and helpful EXCEPT ONE older lady. I was there a couple days ago and she was very rude but I let it go because Ifigured with all this crazy Covid stuff she was just having a rough day. BUT today she raised her voice at me when I walked thruthe doors to put my mask on properly. My mask was covering my mouth and nose but wasn?t up to my eyes to make sure my nose wascovered enough. I thought ok I will just let it go and continue shopping while listening to her jump on people as they walked inthe door. When I went to check out I asked her if I could buy a cup to get ice and she saw that I had my own personal cup in myarm and proceeded to chew me out for bringing my own cup in the store. I explained there was no sign that said I had to leave mycup on the sidewalk outside. After she proceeded to chew me out for my cup she said next time I will not be aloud in the storewith my own cup and be asked to leave and I nicely said well there will not be a next time. I do not deserve this treatment nordo any of the other people here that your being rude to. Well I left and so did others saying we will not be back. I will stopby and talk to the owners and let them know but if she is working I will not be shopping there. One bad apple really ruins thebunch. Read more
Very careful of Covid. Masks have long been mandatory. There are hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the store and theres this... "hippy" guy that works there that is especially nice. Read more
Went to get a roller and was told it is now self serve, ok no problem, can I pay for them and then get them so I'm not standing... at the checkstand holding them and trying to pay? No we don't do it that way. Why? Why not?! It's rare that you are not allowedto pay first for something!! I'm sorry you can't prepay for your gas, we don't do that. Dumb and pointless. So I go over to getthe roller, she didn't care enough to tell me they weren't even ready and wouldn't be for 10 more minutes, thanks a lot, gladyour conversation is more important than the customer!!! You just lost my business, the other 711 in town is always staffed bysuper nice people, will be going there from now on. Read more
Cleanest 7-11 I have been to in ages. I haven't been to a convenience store in a long time, this location is good. They had... fruits, hot food, and many other options. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and polite! Read more
If I could give a deductive star review I would! I have purchased expired food and milk from them three times in the last 5... months. Once the milk was not even expired!!! It was curdled from poor handling... Hey 7-11 dirt bag employees: Milk needs to berefrigerated!! I called to explain they were selling bad milk, bad eggs, and bad sour cream - I know who even buys thosethings at 7-11 you are asking (I totally agree) but in a pinch I will save gas and time swinging by my local 'convenient' storeto get an ingredient for dinner that I may be lacking. I am certain this method will prove very convenient when I am sitting inan ER with a sick child from their lack of concern for public health. Read more
This location is very rude to customer and sells expired food. Food can be found in the refrigerated section that is up to 4... weeks old and the cashiers are very snippy when this is pointed out to them and do not remove the old food. I will not be backto this location and strongly discourage anyone from supporting this store that clearly does not care about the community itssuppose to serve.. Read more
The guy at the counter is extremely helpful and nice, and also told me of a good place for pokemon go :)
