Good food, but service fundamentals were extremely lacking. Reading other reviews makes me think the service is just... inconsistent from day to day. Management needs to step up and get the team on the same page or make some changes to staff. Yourfront house cannot be that bad and survive as a business. Read more
The pizza was good, but it came to us smashed up and crumples to one side of the box. For almost $40 it was not a great... experience. We may or may not order delivery again, although I won't say no to trying their dine in experience if we are passingby. Read more
Food is very good ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo W/ Chicken Alfredo sauce and The Cannelloni W/ Chicken Alfredo sauce. Delivery... was fast 27 minutes wait, website said 45 minutes delivery time. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys Italian Cuisine. Read more
You have a true gift of an employee. I witnessed her simultaneously answer 6 calls consecutively; care for 18 dine-in guests;... play the role of bartender (which she has never made a martini before and did an excellent job); clean from previous guests- allwhile preparing for a basketball team party to come to the restaurant. All on her own. Her name is Stacey. Although covered witha mask, I could sense the smile and cheer beneath that mask. She handled all with poise, professionalism, confidence, andgrace. As the Chief Talent Officer of a business I am extremely proud of, I know how incredibly hard it is to find good, loyaland reliable talent. Way to go Brava- you have a treasure in your hands. Food and service was great! They were short staffed and busy but still managed to be pleasant. We sat inside the regular seating... area, the booths were fairly comfy compared to some other places. And there was so much cheese on this that I'm sure I'm goingto have a dairy coma, but it was worth it! Read more
The "Brava's Favorite" Pizza was delicious! My boyfriend picked it. I'm always nervous about trying pizza that doesn't have... marinara sauce but this was so good! It has Artichoke Hearts, garlic, pesto, plenty of cheese, tomatoes, and olives! Absolutelyfantastic! Will come by again when we visit Snohomish to try out other speciality pizzas! Read more
How has no one mentioned their wings!!?? BEST wings around by far!! Fall off the bone juicy greatness! I prefer the honey... mustard, no one around has them. You can have the sauce tossed in or on the side, I recommend tossed. Grinders are amazing! Ipersonally really like their pizza too ... but seriously try the wings! Read more
