I love this place! I grew up nearby and went often as a kid. Unfortunately, I'm not so close by these days, but I go whenever... opportunity allows. The food is amazing! The service is very fast for how busy they are. The space is tight, loud and alwayshot, but the food makes up for it. Read more

If you?re looking for a new breakfast place to try, the Maltby Café is definitely a must. It?s a small café located in the... basement of a house like building. Don?t let the basement put you off, the interior is very quaint. The atmosphere is warm andventilation is very adequate. The Wait Staff is smilingly friendly, efficient and attentive. I had Steak and Eggs and it wasexcellent. My New York steak was grilled to perfection, and my eggs were poached perfectly. This is a must try destination. Read more

Took family visiting me here for lunch, about 1pm on a Sunday. By then, even though it was a busy weekend day, we got seated... in about 5 minutes! Everyone loved it. The giant cinnamon roll was certainly big enough even for the six of us, the chickenfried steak was extra flavorful, the biscuits just the right amount of buttery! Great place to have taken everyone for a localtreat. Read more

I?ve been dying to try this place for years like literally for years but I never got a chance since it?s far from Seattle and... never good timing when I?m in the area. People rave about this place! We were visiting friends from Monroe so we decided to gettake out. I?m a fan of biscuits and gravy they are my go to for breakfast. Homemade biscuits with Massive gravy smothered allover. They needed more gravy. I was disappointed the gravy had zero flavor it was strange. Maybe the sausage didn?t have muchflavor and I had to add to salt to even get a remote good taste. The sausage patty wasn?t good either so maybe that explains thegravy. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and my friends still say it?s their favorite spot to go too so I?ll give them 4 stars.Their cinnamon rolls are huge so make sure you share with the whole family. This was really good too! Read more

I didn't see an ADA entrance (hence the 4 stars) but I may be wrong since I didn't check the entire building. Buy all in all the... food was wonderful, service was perfect, and drinks were quenching. It was a really hot day as well as busy but we were servedquickly. I'd go again if I'm ever in the area Read more

I always love visiting this place! A wonderful breakfast nook, but I recommend either arriving early or ordering take out... because it can get packed there very quickly! The service is always fantastic and super fast. Definitely pick up a classic megacinnamon roll when you stop by! Read more

Our server was awesome, she did a great job in a busy, loud, and crowded environment. Our food was pretty good, they had a large... variety on their menu. 3 of us had the Chef salad, one had an omelet with taters. I wish they had more daily soup choicesavailable as they had only one so I opted out. I looked around at many other of the diners meals and it all looks yummy! Downside too is the narrow stairs and tight entryway and dealt with a rude customer. Definitely not ADA friendly. Long line andseating wait time. I have had a taste of that huuuuge cinnamon roll years ago. If it is still the same it's worth the affordable$8.50. Read more
