Let me start by saying if I could give this negative stars, I absolutely would, without question first, the lady taking orders... and drive-through seem completely unhappy to be taking orders, and as well the tall individual that gave us our happy meal thehappy meal was completely cold and over done the person who had red hair gave us our food and made a rude comment about ushaving a good day I don't know who you guys are employing but you really need to do better don't think I will be back everthank god for TACO TIME Read more
Order two combo meals with my son. Kind of curios to ask us what kind of drink do we want? We find out later when we get to the... drink fountain and it is not working. I?m a regular and go here everyday. Super nice employees. Never had a complaint or issue in almost daily coffee for 3 years.
I?ve come to this store a few times & the service has always been pretty well but this last time the MGR herself was RUDE. When... I tried to ask her a question she cut me off in anticipation of my question! She didn?t even give me a moment to ask my questionfully, so when I went to the 2nd window I spoke with the polite young lady with a huge smile who handed me my food & asked for adifferent MGR because she was rude she got that same RUDE MGR. Once again she was rude & very abrupt with me to where my partnerhad to say let her talk because she wouldn?t let me speak! The issue was I wanted to use a coupon code & the code didn?t work &the mgr at the window taking my money didn?t tell me the code didn?t work. At that point I as the customer want to know tochoose my OWN option to not buy it! She charged me full price & didn?t say ANYTHING! When I went to ask what happened to my cup(coupon) that all I got out of my mouth she cut me off & started her defense. This is not how McDonalds does business so theyneed to know that this MGR IS RUDE & NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I?m there paying her salary if it weren?t for you & Ishe wouldn?t have a job so treat us with the respect we deserve as I treat customer service reps very well because I am one! IWILL NOY BE GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS. I know I?m a drop in their bucket but maybe this review can open some eyes at thislocation & the store MGR may see the need to make some changes! Quick service using mobile order at curbside pickup. Friendly and welcoming staff ???? the guy was kind and greeted me. Well... packed food. Food was fresh and hot. Spicy McChicken is favorite and apple pie was hot and delicious. Blueberry pie was belowaverage. It was too sweet, and the white cream in the pie is terrible ???? please don?t put this white cream in the pie, it?shorrible taste. Read more
Have been here multiple times and 75% of the time service is below average, whether it's the food or customer service. ... Apparently they now bribe people with a free sandwich only if they rate the service as highly satisfied. Tells you how badthey are when they have to bribe you for a good review. Read more
If it was possible to give 0 I would, first time they messed up my order they had me park and wait for 10 minutes for a coffee... drink I didn?t order, second I ordered a big breakfast they forgot the biscuit and sausage, next third time, they forgot TWOmedium fries we ordered and initially forgot our happy meal, which they gave us just to forgot the drink.
