Fresh food delivered to our table. Only down side was that we had to put in our own order at the kiosk. But we understand that... probably helps to get the food out quicker when short staffed. Thank you! Read more

Use the new service where I can order right from my table. Loved it. Great for everybody. Order process was easy and food was... very fresh. I had 2 special order sandwiches and it was done perfectly. Manager was very friendly and nice. Restaurant wasclean and restroom is open to use and have to wait to get a code. My family will be back again. Read more

Horrible experience extremely rude staf! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive... through. Some how my order was canceled. Things were reorder no big deal. Then I wated.for over 10 min to receive cold food byan employee that had no time for me. Quickly handed me my food and left not return with the othe half of the order. I waitedanother 5 minutes and had to honk to get the attention of someone. I let them know I was missing my smoothies. When he returnedwith melted smoothies that look horrible, like they were made 15 minutes ago. Of course I asked to have them remade and theemployee denied my request saying that they come out of the dispenser and he couldn't make another one. Then said I would haveto drive around to have them remade... Didnt even let me finish and walked away! By far the worst customer experience I have hadwith this chain! I would have gone in but the dining room was closed and no one ever answers the phone with a full VM box. Read more

The staff is amazing in every way, but the management is screwing them over. They are so understaffed that there are cars going... from the drive thru into the road. I'm all for safety, but it's clear they aren't opening the dining room to make more money.Plus they continue to raise prices. Managers and owners: If there are still customers going into the road and you have lessexpenses, then why can't you afford more staff and serve food that's hot? I have some ideas. Read more
