The service here was fast and good. The ambiance on the other hand is not enjoyable . It is rather small by Starbucks... standards, with limited seating. There is neither a cosy bookshop feel nor much privacy to converse or work. The feel isaustere or industrial and the music far too loud and mindless to enable even normal volume conversation. Coffee is great when they are open. They close at 3:30 pm now. Thankfully the Bickford Ave location is open till 7.
Wow, I ahow up at 6:30 am, no line, the worker is on her phone and she says into the phone when I walk up, oh I have to go now,... she hangs up and says what do you want. I give her $10.72 (10 dollar bill and 6 dimes and 12 pennies) because my order cost$6.72, she refuses to give me $4.00 back, she insisted on giving me $3.90. Read more
Reviewing for employment: Would not recommend if you struggle with mental health or trauma. I was not supported as an employee,... outcasted, and constantly blamed for things that weren?t my fault. Dannica and Chelle went out of their way to make me miserableat that store. I no longer work with Starbucks because this was the second store I was treated poorly at and the team was neverreprimanded for how they treated me and told me I was just a sensitive person. No, I?m a human with feelings. Also would notrecommend as a starting job for high schoolers especially at this location because it is clique-y beyond belief. Read more

I walked in to get a drink, but saw several merchandise items available to purchase, so I decided to buy a few tumblers. When I... got to the register, decided to get some gift cards too. As I asked for different gift card amounts on different cards, theperson behind the counter seemed to get more and more annoyed. Didn?t even put my items in the bag (9 items) just left the emptybags at the counter and just walked away. Unbelievable. Customer service here is just awful. Read more
