Ordered a footlong tuna sandwich and the staff gave me only 3 scoops of tuna instead of 4, explaining that it had to do with... supply issues. I complained to Subway's customer service. The store's owner (Paul Armour) contacted me, but instead ofapologizing, he indirectly accused me of lying that this didn't happen. After reviewing the video feed, he eventually apologizedbegrudgingly but continued to accuse of lying and effectively berated me for complaining to Subway about this. He behaved likean unbelievably entitled and preachy person. Avoid this Subway if you can. The problem is that Armour owns 26 other Subways inaddition to this one, and it's likely you will give him your business if you eat at Subway and live in the general vicinity. Read more

The female employee who made my sandwhich is consistently great! Since I opt for Subway as I healthy option I spend a lot... there. Too bad the owner doesn't particpate in any promotions. Read more

The People that work here are always friendly and genuinely care to ask about your day. Very friendly atmosphere

Used to really like subway. Not sure what happened but got sick each of the last three times. So many options in the sub... sandwich market most all others are much better. Read more

On 5/2/19 at about 1:00pm the staff was really rude. So rude that I left and as I was walking out the door one of then said I'm... glad when that happens. They were very disrespectful and I will never be going back to there again. Read more

The lady that made my 2 wraps today had poor customer service.. she wasn't friendly at all (towards me anyways, was fairly... friendly to customer ahead of me that seemed to be a regular). She didn't greet me, even after I said hello to her, there was nowarmth..no interaction besides what do u want on your sandwich (could have ordered from a machine). Also, both my wife and Iseemed to have gotten some mild food poisoning or something. As, we both had to rush into the bathroom within about 15-20 minsof eating our wraps. I did notice the lady rang up the guy ahead of me, still wearing her gloves, and then just came and made mywraps without washing her hands/changing gloves..**I knew I should have said something** It's not were even busy (and there wasat least 2 people working).. there was nobody behind me until 1 guy showed half way thru my making my 2 wraps.. Definitely notgoing to this Subway again.... Read more

Well it's 55 outside and it's freezing inside. But she won't close the outside door because it was 85 yesterday. It was 85... outside yesterday. I love eating while I'm freezing cold. But I hope the employees are comfortable. Nice customer service. Read more
