I live in town so I go to this bojangles maybe once a week or every other week. In the year that I?ve lived in snow hill I don?t... think I?ve ever had a kind employee take my order or my order taken correctly. My friend and I had lunch 2/2/22 @Bojangles in Snow Hill today. I am sorry to say it was Awful. The service was very... unfriendly, the condition of the store was dirty...by dirty I mean there was not a single table or booth clean. There was trashon the floor and spilled tea in a booth and running down the table. I literally cleaned our table before and after our meal. Iordered the cajun fillet combo, it was so bad I returned it because it smelled and taste like it was fried in old grease. Ifinally gave up!! The fries were cold but the tea was good. I usually don't complain but this was really a bad experience. Theblack lady at the counter never looked at me or smiled. She needs to look for another job and not a public one either.
