The waitresses here are young and extremely rude. They never get my order right, and I mean never ever. And the food is... ugghhhhh?.Definitely not the same anymore. The service and food sucks. Cheese Steak was dry.To be a Andy's size Cheese Steak there wasn't much to it. Very little cheese and meat and veggies. Fries... were not done, no salt either. Would not recommend. I will stick with Andy's at Front Gate by Lowe's. They never do my food likewhat I got here. Read more
VERY!!!!!poor customer service!!!! I placed a takeout order over the phone. I repeated my order 3 times and the young man... repeated my order correctly back to me. When the order was picked up the order was completely wrong!!!!! I was missing a hotdog, chili cheese fries and chicken cheesesteak was a steak cheesesteak. Manger Joe had a nasty attitude and he made me feellike it was my fault my order was incorrect. So please check your order before leaving!! Because my receipt DID NOT show me what I order! 6:00 PM on a Saturday night the tea was spoiled ask if they had any fresh made and was told no. Why would not have tea being... made at that hour your open until 9:00Pm so everyone that order tea was going to be bad. Service here has went downhill. Read more
