Negative stars. I tried to order in drive through just now. Girl about 15 said ?2nd window? before I could finish my order.... Never gave me my amount. When I told her ?You really should give the amount?. She said ?We normally do?. I said ?Well not thistime. She said ?Just you!?. Wow that?s how you treat customers! Unacceptable! The mods on Wayne memorial always has broken machines so you can't use coupons for your Frappuccino. The mods on Berkeley is... much better. Read more
There were lines in both lanes of drive through but moved nicely. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was hot and made... exactly as we requested, and we requested a lot of changes! Overall excellent experience! Thank you! Read more

Not the best place I've ever been to, the employees don't seem to have their whole effort put into their jobs. I've gotten... messed up orders before, and they definitely put the "fast" in "fast food," although they don't seem to value quality mosttimes. Don't get me wrong though, a few employees give it their all and there's been enough times to call it satisfactory thatmy order has been right, and I'd be lying if I said their cookies weren't amazing, honestly some of the best I've ever had froma restaurant around here before. Waited in line the cashier took the orders of the 2 people ahead of me then left the register and went outside. Leaving myself... and the person behind me standing there. No one came to take our orders. I said something and still no one came. So after a fewminutes I just left. They always have such bad service, I don't know how they even stay open. Read more
Bear in mind I came through the drive through during a busy period. While voice in the box was sounding uninspired while taking... orders, the staff was friendly and the food we received after a short wait (5-10 minutes est.)was popping hot. The parking lotis small and can require some caution to navigate especially with parked vehicles awaiting drive through orders. Beyond that theservice was superior to what I have received at other McDonald's franchise stores else where. Read more
