This place is a gem. If you are in Snowmass, do yourself a favor to eat here. If you enjoy having good service with delicious... food, all at reasonable prices, this is the place to come. While they don?t have an option for online reservations, it was easyand straight forward to make a reservation by phone. When we arrived (party of 4), the place was busy with lots of people, butthey promptly seated us at our table. I would recommend making a reservation if you don?t want to wait. John took care of ourtable and had impeccable service & timing. We enjoyed John?s attentiveness to details: from refilling the water, replacing thecutlery, having shared plates - it made it an pleasurable dining experience. All of the food was delicious - you can?t go wrong.They brought bread for the table and it was fresh delicious warm bread, add it with good olive oil and that?s delicious initself. The pizza is from a wood fired oven, beet salad was tasty, the quality of the shrimp in the spicy shrimp was on anotherlevel and the salad that came with that was flavorful, the pasta was perfect and the quality bolognese sauce outstanding. The bartender went above and beyond for a phone order/pick-up! I let him know some of my dietary preferences, and when I went to... get it, the pear salad and funghi pizza were there - with a few bonuses like pinenuts, based on my tastes that I'd mentionedduring a 30 second phone conversation. 4.5 stars A must visit in Snowmass. Make reservations because they are busy! We were able to get a reservation on Monday at... 7:30 pm and it was busy like a Sat night. They have a decent spread but not too much - a few pizza options, a few pasta options,some apps, some entrees and desserts. They also have specials. We ordered the dustino pizza with sausage, Calabrian chilli's,tomatoes, the penne pasta with cauliflower, caramelized onions, pine nuts, mint and lemon and paired those with some fantasticred and white wine choices. Both the pizza and the pasta were delicious. They give you half portions on the pasta which was agreat decision because I managed to finish it for a change. The pasta's primary flavor is bland but the onions, cauliflower,lemons, mint and the butter really add a beautiful aftertaste. We also got some chilli oil which elevated the pasta, pizza andbread to another level. The breads were very good too! We ended the dinner with tiramisu which was good but not as good as myfriend makes. All in all, price is on the higher end but this is worth the food experience. Read more

We got a great table and our servers were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a good price for what we had and they make... homemade limoncello. The photos are of the swordfish special and the gnocchi. Both were light and delicious. Read more
