Nice restaurant with good service. Vegetarian options were limited but the corn empanada and quinoa bowl were great. I had the... rigatoni, which was supposed to be a mushroom and cream pasta, but mine had almost no mushrooms. Overall though, everything waspretty good! Read more

Food was excellent, service was terrible. It took our waitress 10mins to take our drink order. There were only 4 or 5 tables... seated in the restaurant. Our waitress was waiting on too many tables. Our drinks were left empty for over 30mins. Any time weneeded anything there was a long wait, and then our waitress disappeared on us when we were ready to leave. Management needs tostaff better. Wonderful dining experience at this restaurant in the Viceroy. Interesting selections on the menu, and everything was well... prepared and promptly served. We felt that the cocktail selections, while nicely presented, were less inspired than the menudescriptions suggested, but still very enjoyable. Service was fantastic - really thoughtful and attentive. Definitely recommend. Read more
Great views, food was good. I had the omelet and I added the smoked salmon and avacado...very delicious. I loved the decor and... the waiters were nice as well. It is located inside the Viceroy hotel. Read more
Best restaurant I have been in a while. The food was amazing, ceviche, oysters, octopus and the fish were perfect. When I go to... a restaurant I want the best and this is the best I have had in awhile in Aspen and Snowmass. The service (slow) and thelighting (too bright) needs improvement but choosing this place for our anniversary was the right choice. Thank you, Selma Read more
Had an amazing breakfast at Toro. As a matter of fact it was one of the best ever. I wish I would have discovered this place... earlier in our stay! The service was great, the food was creative/ fresh and the design of the restaurant is beautiful. One ofthe nicest overall places to dine in the Aspen area! Read more
