I very upset.As a company driver ? m allowed to get my fuel anywhere but ? choose to go pilot and flying J. I fixed my truck got... grease all over I had to take a shower.This location was closest flying j to my delivery.I used app reserved shower.I got therethere are sign No shower sorry for incovience.I thought maybe no hot water maybe there is leak ? was cool with it.I wanted toask what is reason,what happened? We don't have someone to clean it up.I saw 3 people up front and one by storage room.How comeone of them they don't go back and clean it.I have seen it in other stores manager go back and help to clean their stuff.arethey too good to go back and clean it.Bunch of lazy people working same store no good for this location's reputation.I went backfound out they were all clean.I came back front again explained my situation she was kind of yelling at me.I left.if ? stayedlittle longer.I was going to talk with her difrently with her.This is disrespect to drivers period. If you?re ever here when they have their chicken bacon ranch pizza, get it! The crust is perfectly crunchy and doughy, as well... as pleasing to look at, and the toppings are perfectly distributed so you always have everything every bite. Delicious! Theirparking lot is a little small, but that just shows how wonderful a place it is, that?s it?s always busy, even at 11 o?clock atnight. The employees are always happy, kind, helpful, and wish me a happy day and safe travel?s. If nothing else, they help mefeel ready to drive home after a long trip with my family. The bathrooms have always been clean. Every. Single. Time. And Istop at this gas station at least twice a month. I trust that this gas station will always have what I need, whether my tummyis hungry, bladder is full, or a break because my child is throwing a tantrum. Grateful for this establishment. Read more
Whilst I'm fully aware that management will not address my concerns, I shall do my best to provide info for public... consumption. Rating: AVOID. 1. The shower wait time is 30 to 60 minutes. 2. There are only 3 showers. 3. There is nodriver's lounge while waiting. So if you're having a long day, you're going to stand longer because the management thinks thatboxes of products are more IMPORTANT THAN YOU. 4. The porter swabbed the floor with a rife with bacteria mop that emitted afoul odour. (See photos). 5. Prepare to bottleneck at the truck parking entrance and exit. 6. Prepare to bottleneck again atthe hallway leading to the men's restroom and ????????????. Read more
As far as truck stops go..... not bad, we just got gas, reasonably competitively priced, and grab some pizza, ( no complaints... from the kids ) a burger not bad for a truck stop, and a couple of t-shirts marked down..... hmmmm, time to do laundry. So, I wasn't here for gas... For some reason, I thought I was already into Idaho, and I wanted to take a quick pit stop, and buy... some lottery tickets. (For those that don't know, you can't buy lottery tickets in Utah, so whenever I visit Idaho, a few of myfriends give me money to buy lottery tickets) Well, this place seems a little grungy, and it looks pretty packed inside. Almostas if it wasn't organized very well. The restroom was okay, but nothing I tend to return to. You can't take showers here, ifyou're a trucker, and need a quick stop. Read more
