This place is terrible. This is the first time I've been here in 5 years because the last time my debit card info got stolen by... the employee. We went through the drive through at 9:15ish. They said they couldn't make half the items on their menu includingany fish because they're "about to close". You're not closed though. So what time is the cut off time to not be able to ordersome fish and chicken bites?? Get to the window get pulled up to the door for 10 mins (which is fine) only for them to forgetour drink and honey mustard. Drive back around and the girl apologized and gave us the drink. We ask for the honey mustard andshe tells us it's $1.27 for a cup of honey mustard. What?? Since when? So we tell her nevermind because Iwe feel like thatwasn't the truth. If that's the case why not say something in the first place when we first asked? Then she turns to the othergirl and says he's broke he ain't got no money for honey mustard. No we just aren't letting you Pocket any money. Once againwon't be coming back. Read more
Order was wrong went inside and they acted like I wasn't telling the truth about not getting an item I ordered, and I got cheese... on my burger which I asked if it had cheese cashier said no,I ate half the sandwich thinking it tasted funny before I realizedit had pepper jack on it, I'm lactose into and to be nice I didn't make it home in time. If I could rate this place a zero I would, we go there all the time cause it's convenient to our house, my son went there after... picking up all 9 kids from school went thru drive thru, went to proced with his order and the person in drive thru told him tostop hollering he said sorry he was talking over the kids the worker told him again and said couldn't serve him he asked why shewas using vulgar language in front of the kids, slammed the drive thru window closed and still denied the service, he came homeso I his mother went to the drive thru to order dinner for the kids, proceeded to give my order, I had to repeat myself severaltimes, I asked was the speaker working ok she asked me what was my order, I asked her again ma'am is the speaker working ok thenshe denied me of service so I went in thinking speaker not working, the workers started saying she came inside the tall youngman went and got some short African American woman, she told me I couldn't order she wasn't taking my order, I asked why not shesays has the right to refuse, I could understand if I was in wrong or did something wrong but didn't, this is poorly service andvery unacceptable I would be ashamed, you are losing money and lots of money from us, this needs to be handled appropriately.Bad customer service. In my 27 years living in Georgia, I have never had such outstanding Service and Quality of food from Checkers. We were so... impressed with the taste and temperature of the food, as well as the service exceeded all expectations to the point that wecircled back around, and got another order of the Monsterella Cheese sticks and Fries. So hot, so fresh, and fast..... couldn'tbe any better than that. You will not be disappointed in any way. Thank you for being spectacular at what you do, you all haverestored my faith in Checkers! This Checkers was an absolute nightmare to visit. I wish I could give absolutely no stars. So we beagan ordering our food and we... were excited because we had been on a 4 hour drive and it was out first stop of the day . We ordered boneless chicken, a halfpound of chicken bites, and loaded fries. We were pulled up and made to wait on our order, which we had absolutely no issue withwhatsoever. We were about ready to pull of when I noticed we hadn't been given our bbq sauce for our 1/2 pound of chicken bites.So I had to mask up and go inside and ask for it to which they tried to charge me 27 cent for when they didn't even give me theone I already paid for. I then asked if I could have another one because they gave me 1 sauce for 1/2 pound of chicken. Theycharged me 27 cent for that one even though I had to 1.)Be pulled up for my order to be done. 2.) Come inside the resturant andprove (by restating my whole order) that I had literally just been there seconds ago and 3.) We waited a good 15 minutes on thatfood and it was gross (pics below just for proof) . I asked for the number of a district manager and/or supervisor over the gmbecause she did not care at all and I got the number of the store. People please save yourself time, money, and, frustration.This Checkers is 100% a no go. Read more

This place has the worst costumer service and was late in opening doors at 10 Am which was clearly stated at the front of the... building. The lady there was not nice. One of the workers made my milkshake wrong I asked for a simple strawberry milkshake andshe gave me a chocolate milkshake!! They didn?t even have soda machine for refills for people who got soda.
