I would not return to this particular Lotaburger. I know that in the age of Covid and supply chain shortages and staffing issues... there are problems, so I try to be considerate. But the food was cold, part of the order was missing, the woman who took myorder was indifferent no matter how hard I tried to be pleasant. They completely messed up our order. This is this the second Blake's to do this. They gve us cherry milkshakes instead of... strawberry, and left out the extra patty on the double patty. I feel like it's too expensive for them to keep messing up. Read more
Service was great. Food was ready pretty fast and hot. I had my burger NM style. The green chile was really good!!
Blake's Lotaburger has been around for a very long time and is a New Mexico staple. Everything is made fresh and the hamburgers... are cooked to order. My favorite is their Cheeseburger with Green Chile. My mouth waters thinking about them. Read more
Need to work on that automated system for call in orders. Tried to order for 10 people traveling through town and could not... complete the order. Had to spend 20 minutes waiting for food to be prepped. Not a huge deal because when the food finally cameout, it was delicious! Read more
Tried to call in an order while we were 20 minutes away. Automated system couldn't seem to take an order, and kept hanging... up. Arrived at Blake's and went in to order. They were not busy but they still couldn't get the order right! We got home toeat, and found that they didn't attempt to get the order right and we ended up with an extra hamburger which means someone elsewas shorted on their order, and ended up with a chocolate shake instead of strawberry. We have tried to be patient and supportour local Blake's, but this is not the first time we've had lousy service from them. This Blake's Lotaburger was my introduction to the lotaburger experience. The service was quick and prompt, the girl that helped... me at the register was not nice but not rude either, very straight to the point and took.order without any mistakes. The burgerwas good and I really liked the chili on my chili cheese fries. I recommend you get serviced at this location, there shouldn'tbe any issues. Read more
I wish this one had a drive-thru but a number one with extra green inside and chili over is definitely worth parking and going... inside. Love me some Blake's! Read more
