I go to Burger King more times than I should so I know this food is NOT prepared as intended by corporate.
Good service and food.
Not the first problem I've had at this BK! This time it was initially a bait and switch with a different price on the drive... through board vs reality. I said no, not $12.95 for a $10 offer. "Oops, sorry, the board is out of date" Then I selectedsomething else, 3 items around $1 each. I got to the window and again she tried to charge me $12.95. I said No, she said Don'tyell at me, I drove away. The management is clearly lacking at this location. The previous issue I had was with a cashier whocouldn't figure out how to give change, even though I told her what I was going to give her in time for her to enter it into thecash register. I got a few replies from BK on that issue. The last email I got was "Are you satisfied with the resolution" and Isaid there has been no resolution, then nothing more from BK. Read more

Always waiting over 15 min in the drive through. Can't even get a simple order right. Always missing items. Have to constantly... check my own bags and ask for them. The phone number on maps isn't even in service so you cannot call the store. They do nothave a direct link to the proper website to be able to file a complaint. Read more
After a track meet we arrived at Burger King, they had already put chairs on the tables to close up. The manager met me at the... door and welcomed my team of 15 in and fed us. We are very grateful. Dumbest drive thru process ever. Not only was the cashier rude, she was taking orders, having customers pay, and having them... "pull around the corner" to wait for their food. As we speak, there are literally 7 cars waiting "around the corner" for theirfood, when there is an empty drive thru. Then, the wait staff are coming out, going car to car asking what they ordered. It was a really nice young lady at the window but I didn't like the fact that she had to run things all by herself... But the... food was hot and fresh, I love Burger King Read more
