My spouse and I visit this MacDonald's franchise on the reg. Not to purchase food though, to watch the elegance and gracefulness... of the staff. We bring score cards and usually sit for an hour or so after our shift at the Burger King in Las Vegas (New Mexicothat is! Go Raiders tho!). We'd much rather work here, however, at this Taj Mahal of an establishment. Oh how the staff memberspirouette through the kitchen, bundles of fries or nuggets or burgers held gingerly in their well lotion-ed hands. We love thesmell of the friers, the sound of the bathroom being cleaned, music pure unimpeachable sonic wodner! Bach and Beethoven couldnever. Maybe Kid Rock could though, considering his recent statements. The foods pretty good too, our daughter gets a kid's mealusually, tho she never seems to like the toys she gets. We've been stopping in for a few years now and I have never once seenthe ice cream machine function properly. Mystery mystery mystery! Read more
I was gonna order a $5 20 piece chicken nugget that was being advertised on my McD app. When I tried it said 20 pieces where... unavailable. However they had other sizes available for a higher cost??? Couldn't they just put 2 10 orders together to make a20 piece ???? just saying. BTW none of the kiosks worked. Oh my goodness. EVERY time we go we are forced to park in front of the store with at least 1 other car. What's the issue of... handing me my food at the window. You don't need a 15 second turnaround. And to the guy rushing everyone, please relax onyelling out the window to confirm my order before I even had a chance to drive up to it. You look dumb. Read more
Three cars orders in the outside lane we're taken before I pulled up and ordered at the window. 2/3rds of the time my order is... wrong or having to be done because the cooks didn't make it. I worked for McDonald's in my twenties, the service has gone downhill no matter where I go. Read more
Food is good IF they get your order correct. Sometimes if there is a lot of traffic, the employees seem to get really... overwhelmed. I remember a time when I had to get back in line because I was missing some nuggets and one of the employees justscoffed and was just overall rude. My husband and I like to eat here, but lately the service seems to have gone downhill. Read more
Usually don't have any issues with this McDonald's but today they had doors open and drive through open but no one working any... of them finally was able to order 45 min after opening should've been. Almost always an issue with drive-thru orders. Either cold food, wrong order, or both. Order fresh fries and they ask you to... park and bring out cold, old fries. Nuggets are always cold and rubbery like they've been sitting under a heat lamp too long.The past few months this location has gone downhill. I never complain (look at my other reviews) but someone has to know aboutthe consistent bad service and food here. Read more
