Would give zero stars if we could! Came for the drive in and wanted to stop for some food here first. There were 2 cars in the... drive thru. We Came Saturday 9/3, We pulled up to ordering menu at about 749pm, and waited 5 minutes. No greeting, nothing. Saidhello few times. Pulled around behind the car that just pulled to window, and decided after few minutes they were taking theirtime to not serve one more customer before closing at 8pm. Slooooooooow! They took the order in front of me and then left me waiting at the counter for 15-20 minutes before they came back... and took my order... then another 30 minutes to get our food. Not sure hand washing was occurring... nor did I see anyonewearing gloves. Unfortunate and it was the only option in town on a Sunday. Won't be stopping in this town again. Read more
Drive thru wait is usually Way too long of a wait... food lacks consistency. But the Ice cream is pretty good.
well.. they were nice enough, but they got our order wrong, and the food really wasn't anything to boast about. it's around what... I was expecting from a "restaurant" inside a gas station. we got some of the things in our order, but they missed some items andadded some we didn't get in the first place. it's fine if you're not exactly hungry for anything but need to eat. Wouldn?t even give them one star. Over an hour to get our order and they aren?t even busy. Got the order wrong (every single... time we break down and come here), then gave our order to someone else. This place is NOT fast food. Don?t come here unlessyou?ve got an extra hour of your life to throw away and want to be surprised with what you get. Read more
Every time we try to stop we don't even get acknowledged. We've sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes so today we decided to go... inside thinking maybe it would be better. After the person at the register took a couple orders he left the register, eventhough my husband was the only one in line. All we wanted was ice cream. After waiting another 20 minutes, with employeesbringing orders out, looking at us, and just going back to the back we finally walked over and got ice cream at the gas station.I'm a very patient person but this has happened on multiple occasions where we wait a long time and then leave with nothing.Something needs to change. This particular Taco Time is inside the Chevron gas station. They were understaffed, as most fast food restaurants are these... days, but the service was fairly quick. Anyway. I've always found Taco Times food very good. Different from all the other tacojoints. The price was a little higher than it should have been, but all in all the very good experience. Read more
I used to work here between the time of 2016 and 2017 and just letting you know the managers never wore gloves when handling... food there were earwigs all over the floor and I was never paid for any of my overtime which on my last paycheck was over 100hours. All the meat that was served was never checked for proper temperature regulation in fact the manager at the time Brittanytaught me how to fake the temperature readings. She even gave me a pro tip on changing the pen so it looks like it was writtendown on a different day. Read more
