I've been around this place since it opened. It's gone from mediocre to terrible...with an extra bonus of arrogant rude customer... service. I ordered a smoked turkey leg. It was so bad it was like trying to chew an old boot. I returned the unedible food andasked for a refund. Instead of promptly giving my refund and going about life I was met with sarcasm. They tried to gaslight andhumiliate me in front of other customers yelling at me saying "can you not make a scene and can you just hold on!"....like umm,I'm just standing here. I'm not the one yelling or making a scene. I was completely shocked. It was strange and bizarre. Istayed calm and didnt give in to their baiting tactic. She kept yelling at me...At one point I calmly said "I'm sorry I didn'thear what you just said." She said "GOOD!!" Like who does that?? FYI: The barbecue has always been bland like it was out of acrockpot and relying on the sauce for taste. Anytime my friends try it they have nothing good to say. The burgers have been hitor miss. I have had some genuinely great burgers from here long in the past. The last two times were not good. It's like theycheaped out on the meat and forgot how to cook a freakin burger! I won't take another chance. All that's left to serve is cannedgoods, bacon that's cooked first thing in the morning then served all day. Then there's the run of the mill frozen products thatgo in the deep fryer. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Read more

I have tried this place a couple times and it has never been that good...won't be giving it any more shots. First of all, had to... wait 40 minutes...for BBQ!! This doesn't make sense to me, as everything (for the most part) should be done already...if you areselling BBQ and it takes that long to get food out, you're doing something wrong. Then comes the food...which is not good. Idon't understand why people come here...ribs were fatty and parts tough, macaroni noodles were WAY over cooked, chicken wasflavorless,dry and may have been smoked with wood from a sumac tree!...I could go on but I'm out of space and time.
