Walked in to get a sammich... obviously... There was someone at the register and two or more people in the back talking. Two of... the workers made eye contact with, but said nothing. stood to order for a few minutes... No one said anything to me. Didn't askme to wait. I just stood there. Not a good experience at all on 12/24/21. The girl behind the counter was great and that?s about it. I ordered a sub tray on the... 23rd, to pick up on the 24th. When I ordered I asked the price and the lady on the phone said $55.00. When I got there, thetotal was $114.00. I was blown away. It was Christmas Eve, so I bit the bullet and paid & left. Once again i thought i would give them 1 more time. ... Joke was on me. The best worker is no longer there ???? it has new... owner and a very young staff. Went in today 10/04/2021 and the girl was waiting on another customer and he said why didnt youwrap the sub and she told him that they are not allowed to use the sub wrap paper any longer she just put the foot long sub in abrown paper bag to me that is very unsanitary and the sub was falling all over inside the bag.. As we where in line anothercustomer came in and said she had placed an online order and it was wrong should of been a foot long turkey with cheese toastedwith lettuce peppers ect and she received a 2six inch turkey sub with just turkey the girl was very rude and. Stated she didntsee it on the online it on the online order they customer pulled out her copy of the rec and clear as day it said what thecustomer wanted .. They place was un clean money laying on the counter where they do the prep to make subs. We turned. A roundand left that. Easily the least professional group of employees I've ever seen in a restaurant. In the 25 minutes it took me to get a sub, I... had to listen to how difficult it was to work there, watch the people behind the counter routinely snap at customers and treatthem badly, and generally just be loud and obnoxious. As I was ringing out I mentioned that the experience had been less thanideal, and the employee told me "it's Sodus". I would avoid this restaurant at all costs, if you're in the area and looking forgreat food walk next door and order food from the Fortune garden. Read more
