Would give negative 5 stars. Seems like "everytime" now while at the drive thru, I sit there waiting to be helped which never... happens. So I pull around to window and they ask me if I've ordered yet. Like they already know I haven't. BS... what happenedthis last time was rediculous. As I just mentioned happens again bit this time it takes 25+ min to get to the window. And theyoung kid tells us that in order for them to take an order we need to go around and go thru again!! He should have just said"we don't want your money go away" so needless to say we left. Horrible non-service, service. Read more
It took about 15 minutes for someone to take my order for 2 mcbundles and another 15 minutes to get it. No one in line in front... of me they are just to busy waiting of drive through to take care of the dine in seconds class citizens inside. My order was togo and since I was pulling a trailer I couldn't use the drive through... our French fries were cold Brown and hard. I had a coupon from 'survey taken' drive thru employee after 4 times of explaining it still didn't get it right. We had to again... explain it twice to cashier inside. We got a "free" breakfast sandwich as coupon stated but it was the wrong sandwich. We didnot have any more time to go back inside. Read more
