We ordered Wings but wanted the sauce on the side. So we requested it to be be naked wings. And the pizza hut will not give... us the sauce on the side. We wanted to try out a sauce that they offer which is why we requested it to be plain (naked) wings. When we asked for a sauce on the side, the supervisor did not approve for their employee to give us any sauce on the side. Whether we ordered it flavored or not, the price would be the same. I dont see why this would hurt them revenue wise. Verydissapointing. Read more

Driver was honest in explaining that even though I only live 3 minutes away, my order took 45 minutes to deliver (well past the... advertised delivery) because he/she had to deliver to the first order first, which was 20 minutes away. Food was only mildlycold. I might never order again because of this. I mean why order when 3 minutes away if your food drives 45 minutes before youget it, and is half cold. Read more
Until tonight I would have given Soldotna Pizza Hut 5 stars, however my opinion has changed. As far.as the phone service it was... terrible. I had to call back 3 tumes, being on hold altogether for almost an hour to get my order placed. I couldn't understandthe guy who was taking my order and he put me on hold 2 times, both of which I got hung up on. When I finally put in my orderagain, they had run out of the family boxes from the time I had first ordered to the 3rd call where they FINALLY were totalingmy order. Ran out of the square pizzas he said. Terrible customer service tonight, I'm hoping the pizza comes before the kids,whom I had promised pizza from Pizza Hut, have to go to bed. my pizza was fine, my wings were fine, it was all hot and door dash delivered just great... no idea why the previous one and two... stars... some like to complain. i would order again it was hot and exactly what i ordered and expected. Thanks for that! nophoto, its all gone! Read more
You never know what you?re going to get. Sometimes service and the food is great, other times you can be on hold for 20 plus... minutes and get a botched order. Prices seem to change frequently. Sometimes when you call you get a call center who doesn?tknow anything and sometimes you get the store. Sometimes your pizza is ready in anchorage, sometimes soldotna, you just neverknow. Most of the time though they get the location right. Edit: thanks for the reply Pizza Hut. If you want to make it right,let me talk to my local store instead of making me talk to someone who speaks marginal English in Miami. Why do you thinksomeone 4000 miles away is going to be more helpful then 3 miles away? Please just don?t outsource it one step further to Asia! Read more
I was very specific asking for a large stuffed crust pep with jalapenos and parmesan packets. I got a thin crust with no... parmesan packets for $30 rip off! When I called to see how they were going to fix it the girl was rude and said sorry, there'snothing she can do. Then said they were out of the cheese for the stuffed crust! How is this my problem?
